Nice thread
Business / 8 Ways To Get Out Of Debt In 2024 by Textra(m): 9:44pm On Jan 01
8 ways to get out of debt in 2024.

1. **Create a Detailed Budget:** Begin by crafting a comprehensive budget that accounts for your income, expenses, and debt obligations. This will provide clarity on your financial situation and guide your debt repayment strategy.

2. **Prioritize Repayment:** Identify and prioritize your debts, focusing on high-interest obligations first. Allocate additional funds to these debts while maintaining minimum payments on others.

3. **Explore Debt Consolidation:** Consider consolidating high-interest debts through a loan or balance transfer to simplify payments and potentially lower overall interest rates.

4. **Increase Income:** Seek additional income sources, such as a part-time job, freelance work, or a side hustle. Use the extra earnings to accelerate debt repayment.

5. **Build an Emergency Fund:** Establishing an emergency fund will prevent reliance on credit for unexpected expenses, helping you avoid accumulating more debt.

6. **Negotiate with Creditors:** This is sure the best method out of all. Reach out to creditors to discuss more favorable repayment terms, lower interest rates, or potential settlements. Many creditors are open to finding mutually beneficial solutions. You cannot run forever. Better to stay and face the shame or whatever comes. Victory will end the whole story.

7. **Financial Counseling:** Seek advice from a financial counselor to develop a tailored debt repayment plan and gain insights into managing your finances effectively.

8. **Regular Monitoring and Adjustment:** Consistently monitor your budget and debt repayment progress. Be flexible and adjust your plan as needed based on changes in your financial situation.

**Summary Quote:**
"Embrace financial empowerment in 2024 by strategically managing your debt. From budgeting to negotiating with creditors, each step is a stride toward a debt-free future. Stay committed, and progress will follow."

I pray we all experience financial freedom. Nothing beat the feeling of being free from debt.

Kindly post on the front page to help people plan their year

Larynxhedon:
P2P trading allows you to exchange digital assets with someone else without knowing the other person. And this is possible because there is a third party (an exchange) between you and the other party that ensures that the transaction goes smoothly.

When trading crypto, you should remember that, besides El Salvador and the Central African Republic, most countries have laws guiding cryptocurrencies. So, there are a few rules for P2P trading that you should follow.

For example, popular exchanges like Quidax and Binance have rules that help them make transitions easy, safe, and fast:
1. If you use a different bank account to transfer funds, the transaction will not be confirmed.
2. Crypto or crypto-related words should not be used in the narration or description. Instead, use the reference or trade ID.
3. After transferring funds to the seller, click "paid," and after receiving funds from the buyer, click "received."

These are the three most important things to remember when engaging in peer-to-peer trading.

Will you be my mentor?

Firstly I would really like to commend those that are paying house rent even if it's face me I face you you guys are doing a great job! I am newly marriage but I live with my in-laws currently, they are really kind enough to accommodate us... If we are to rent an apartment right now we would only be able to afford a self-con....

I would advice that one shouldn't jump into marriage if you are not financially stable.....

What so you mean by jump into marriage?
The WHEN of Financial stability is something one can't really predict. Will you advice a man or woman to continue hustling till he is 40 or 45 because the money is not fortcoming in a huge way yet?

Is it cut coat you coat according to your size? Or grow from whatever apartment; be it Face me and face you, a room self con., a wing or 2 bedroom and above, or new couple must ensure they get 2 bedroom and above.

Kindly, share how you overcome that challenges, especially low earners, how God bless you and increase your family materially,

Or must a couple wait till they have it all rosy before they walk down the aisle.

First and foremost I want to know if you re a Christian. If you re a Christian and you're rich and you're not paying God tithe , then you a thieve and a robber, you will surely pay for it, even after you died. It is deep. I laugh those who says tithing is an Old Testament things.

I think you should not over flogged the truth... Someone will pay for it even after death coz he didn't pay tithe... Is tithes payment higher than salvation and sanctification... Surprisingly, percentage of people who are actually faithful with tithes are few... Cos most people pay tithe of their earnings, ignoring that of their gift, through the week or month.. Even if someone gift u material things aren't u going to pay the tithes as some preachers says.....

Alright.
I used to be one of the people that do not believe stronly on tithing. Until God open my eyes about the power of tithing.

If you constantly pay your tithe , you have indirectly make God a shareholder in your business.

Who is a share holder? A shareholder is a person who owns a shares in a company and therefore gets part of the company's profits and the right to vote on how the company is controlled.

Gen: 19 In the sweat of your face shall thou eat bread until you return to the ground. That was when man begin to struggle to eat That curse of strugling to survived will be authamitically be lifetd when you begin to tithe and you will begin to live in abundance.
If you re a born again and you dont tithe your incomes you may go to heaven but you re going to die poor and miserable. Even if you're a pastor. It is a secret I don't want to go far. And it has been working for me. Satan is a deciever don't allow anybody to decieve you not to believe this massage. Tithing is a secret to financial upliftment to those who knows it. I know why I said it is a secret.

Listern if you don't tithe your income or profit then you will end up having a pockect with holes, nomather how much recieve it will still not be enough and you will still continue to complain , because that curse in Gen 3 19 will still be speaking against you. If you like drink one bucket of the blood of Jesus grin My dear this is a revelation from God. Did you see me quotes Malachi? If you want to break away from that curse then make God a share holder in your business and sky will be your limit. Our God is a good manager. If God benefits from your Litle things you're earring , it is another ways of saying thank you. That means you re faithful over Litle and he will bless you with much, mind you he owns everything and whatever you have. So tithing is another sign of apprecations. When you stop to appreciate you begin to depreciates.

So settle with your father and he will settle with your deptors.
God bless you.

You are right, but saying someone not paying tithes will miserable and poor is nothing but a lie Sir... Tithes is not the only key that open door for financial blessings Sir. Thank you.

advancedDNA made lotta sense.

I'm trying to figure out why you're into debt since you're a tither.

I could only ask we're you always happy paying your tithes?

I stopped paying tithes when I don't have income... But when I later have income I run into some debt. So, imma think should I pay up the debts and start afresh at the end of the day, will I pay for all the past months... Or else put myself in unnecessary bondages.. owing tithes.

How do you come about the dept? Christians should live whinen their financial status. The bible says a borrower is a servant to the lender.

Now since I have discovered the power in tithing , I don't joke with it.

If you re owning God and man at the same time then settle with God first and he will help you to settle your deptors.

God bless you.

If you want to know more about tithing, God have showed me the secret of tithing.

Shalom

My question is strictly for christians who believes in paying of tithes.

Do you finish up your debt first or you pay your tithes and keep looking for another way to pay the debts. What's the guidelines for payment of tithes when one is servicing a loan.
