Travel / Re: Travelling To Russia by Thadude(m): 9:44pm On May 18, 2009 |
I certainly wont go except for studies! Last week i was watching HIV situation in Russia on doc-channel, couldnt believe they where blaming their situation on African students. Its a high risk country when it comes to brutal racial attack and killings they are even racist to former USSR nations. Russian police are very corrupt. They could put drugs on you to force u to bribe them, while i was watching the HIV documentary, the russian police were extorting their local prostitutes infect with HIV it was completely insane, you dont wanna deal with such desperate cops. You cant be too clean in Russia you will always get into trouble I understand the situation in Nigeria, but it aint worth it paying all that money for flight ticket to Russia, if i was in your shoes i would prefer going to china and importing cheap goods, if you dont overstay your visa in china you wont have any problem plus with as little as $500 import capital u re good to go. Think and pray over it before u make a move. |

Politics / Re: War In Niger Delta: Mend Threatens Northerners In Oil Industry by Thadude(m): 1:24pm On May 18, 2009 |
The fact that mend could make use of a remote control toy plane wit an inbuilt cam for overhead security tell me FG is in trouble. This isnt the 1960 biafran war??, making an explosive device today is at everyone's finger tip, Same goes with making a deadly gas. The Yaradua shouldnt think the stones of aso rock can protect him anylonger or the thousand of troops count? The Nigerian military still lives in the 60s they dont have the ability to fight an invincible war, for this reason mend can bring the FG to their kneels, especially if they take the war to Abuja. Like the palestine took their struggle to Israel in the late 90s/2000. FG will be needing more troops to protect the capital city. FG should take the opening space they have right now to negiotiate and call for a SNC. Before mend put their reserve option into play, which will signal the end of Nigeria, suicide bombing will turn Nigeria into ash and when it begins it will be difficult to stop. because anyone that feels cheated then will strap him self and detonate. Besides many of the those in the Nigerian army would gladly join mend if they had the opportunity they are tired of doing all the shootings and getting peanuts as salary while those in agbada seat in a room and share ghana-must-go bags full of naira. Nigeria watch out, biafra learn!!! |
Politics / Re: You’re Racist, Lebanese Accuse Nigerian Immigration. by Thadude(m): 3:30am On May 18, 2009 |
We should be shivering allowing lebanese to be citizens in Nigeria is like injecting HIV virus into the system. These guys have no reason to be here rather than to take advantage of the system and cause havoc. We are fooling ourselves. I hope the govt. of Nigerian will undertand that we are not Yankee. We havent got a good system to checkmate the lebanese, if we had alot of them would be in prison today. Many of them operate dubious business. Like drugs, fake dollars and fake naira under those industries they claim to be runing. Isnt it funny that we are trying hard and yet recovery seem to be too far from Nigeria. Our Naira can not recover to where we want it to be if someone is busy sabotaging it somewhere. 1 Like 1 Share |
Business / Re: How Do I Invest N1 Million? by Thadude(m): 3:20am On May 18, 2009 |
@wooleyboi I am not here to exchange words with you, but to prove u re what i think you are. If you had any credibility you would have proven me wrong instead of turning into a wounded lion and scaring me with ur military occupation,, I am sure u re wishing you could behold me in sight call me a blood civillian and shoot me! (oh boy! I too far from where you dey) You would require a long range missle to hit me, even @ that interceptors would certainly intercept it. You made mention of your free seminars, how would people come if you dont make it known. Your wig-wag intelligence is going wild for the 1million dont you know there are potential nairalanders seeking creative ideas for investment that havent made themselves known? since you are exploding for 1million that tells me how poor u re financially, mentally and spiritually. There are people who could invest 2million or more. Its a simple issue, if you have an idea hint it and not just asking someone to contact you secretly, mind you one of the features of 419ers is secrecy! when nairalanders see credibility within your words they will beg you for your contact. This is Naija and we are all Nigerians, i am doing you no wrong if i suspect you till you prove me wrong ( mind you suspects or persons-of-interest are neither criminals nor saints until proven right or wrong). The criminals, kidnappers, 419ers and ritualist dont have 2heads they are not peculiar to a certain ethnicity, gender, age or occupation, they are everyday people like you and I, however the only difference between us and them will be are willingness to prove we arent such people, which you could have done instead of putting on a smoke screen and shooting bullet in the air simply because u are in the military. Assuming the poster contacts you and then she is kidnapped?? because you already know she has 1million after all kidnapping is the latest business in Naija where neighbours are kidnapping neighbours. So dont even think it, cos no body is giving a Bleep about ur occupation this is not danfo bus or molue where u can chance and beat up the conductor because u are in in the military nonsense. If u have an idea that you so cherish and can turn u into Mike Adenuga what are you doing here The more i read between ur lines the more i see holes. You are like a basket filled with water! |
Business / Re: How Do I Invest N1 Million? by Thadude(m): 3:45pm On May 17, 2009 |
@wooleyboi You advised the poster to be careful but you didnt complete ur sentence by asking the poster to be wary of ur post. You said you dont discuss business in a public forum may i ask why?, the poster is a public member so why discuss business with her in private?, are you affraid that you sell would be refuted by brave nairalanders with magnetic intelligence? Yeah right!, it would be easier for u to get her to buy your story if u were to speak with her alone, but u couldnt fool a thousand people! smart thinking from you but not so smart because you have just been decoded. Now, i really see why you dont discuss business in a public forum cos' you will always be decoded, downloaded and refuted. I am using this medium to advise the poster not to contact you and to be wary incase u come with a different username. She was brave to come to a public forum to seek investment ideas because she understood that 1 man's idea is rich but a thousand men's idea could be richer, as well she wanted a public discussion with verifiable imputs not some deadbeat secrecy and oath taking monk! |

Travel / Re: My Experience At The American Embassy Abuja by Thadude(m): 2:23pm On May 17, 2009 |
@ddoctor How can we confirm ur story?? cos anyone can come here and post any thing, i dont buy ur experience during the interview, the VOs are always under a time circle, so dont know how and why she would ask you for ur candidate preference? You poped my eyes out wit that specific story it is against the Law for a Greencard holder to get involved in Presidential elections in the USA not to mention visiting visa holder, infact it is punishable by revoke of Greencard and immediate deportation (So you know she couldnt have in anyway asked you for ur perference), they at the embassy are representative of the U.S govt. and they operate by a set of codes. They keep their presidential election as in house issue. Thats the LAW! Besides presidential election periods are times when the US restrict visas the most even to visiting and foreign govt officials. so your story is absolute garbage! You could have asked for her names and all that, but!, i am wondering where she got the time out of her restricted 5mins interview with you. So confirm your story or your post will be considered as one of those sponky-gatty stories. I believe u re just trying to show ur self as a visa pro for applicants, not that there is anything wrong in it but! come clean. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

Politics / Re: u.s. Dismantles International Credit Card, Identity Theft Ring Of Nigerians by Thadude(m): 1:54am On May 16, 2009 |
So these are the beasts who make it difficult for Nigerians at home with good intentions to come over. Arent these guys caused?, You are in America, Where dreams come to reality if only you can work hard and play by the rules, then! you opened ur eyes to shoot urself in the foot. By the time they finish serving their jail term and have their papers revoked and deported they will be blaming the old men and women in their villages as the cause of their misfortunes. I have always said it, Nigerians who think they can come here and say "YEAH MENH" After they secure their papers (Greencard/Citizens) are living in a fools paradise. The American system looks easy to beat but try beating it and it would hurt you badly. The USCIS isnt stupid if u think u re done with immigration when u take the citizenship test and pass, pls think again. You aint never done with the system as long as you werent born here legally. If u like be a day old baby when your parents brought u here you are subject to deportation on crime. This deportation law was passed back in the early 90s when the latinos migrants (Elsavadorians, mexicans, where forming their brutal gang groups e.g MX13 which gave the FBI alot of trouble resolving how to deal with immigrants with legal status. I hope those at home will learn and wont be deceived by the simple nature of the American system. That its simple dont mean u can beat it. The guys who set up the system already thought of what u are thinking today. Simplicity in America=Trap!!!! Work hard and feel the good life. Look at those faces very well u will be seeing them soon in Naija |

@ Kaycedwins While i dont doubt Tobiloba82, i will advise u to do a very good feasibility study before u embark on any purchase. Nigeria is a funny country, its easy to do the maths on pen and paper but doing the same maths on the streets of lagos is a different ball game. Make sure there is a business waiting to hire the truck and find out what they are willing to pay on a daily basis. Because if u bank on gettin 20k a day and they offer u 5k at the end, u might be devastated. Because that wont gas the car neither will it be enough to fix repairs or buy parts! |
Travel / Re: South African Embassy: A Tale Of Torture And Extortion by Thadude(m): 3:31am On May 15, 2009 |
If u say U dont know why Nigerians go to South Africa and North African countries, it simply means you are not intouch with day to day reality in Nigeria. That country have been subjected to death and decay by its leaders. Even SA is too far go to cotonu, togo, Bukina faso, cameroun, ivory coast, gambia, senegal, cape verde you will never stop cursing the Nigeria govt. I dont know how people will leave a land that is blessed with vast natural resources to those who mainly depend on the blessed land for survival. But tht is the situation with Nigeria. Nigerians seem to be contented living invincibly in a foreign land. After been robed of their constitutional rights to live freely with basic amenities in their father's land. With out security and electricity what life is? security use to be an issue for the rich, now it is the biggest issue of the poor. And the police is the biggest threat to security in Nigeria followed, by corrupt leaders, kidnappers and last but not least armed robbers. |
Politics / Re: Lagos Installs 90 Cctv Cameras. by Thadude(m): 3:14am On May 15, 2009 |
The 24hr live security tv will not only help in policing the environment it will also help government to raise necessary needed funds to develop the state cos' big corporations and business will advertise on it. However the state govt. must ensure it is out of the control of the police. They should have well trained IT personals and dispatchers that will also be monitored with recordable security cameras in the control rooms. These IT specialists and dispatchers will be responsible for dispatching information to the police and the police should be able to link live info from their computers at all police post. Daily recorded information must be kept on tape for 1yr while all recorded crimes must be kept and preserved for life. That way the police criminal behavioural dept. if any can use it to study crime partern and ingineous criminal inventions. which if they are successful about. The police can always use the partern to set traps for criminals where they will go under cover and pretend to be vunerable victims. |
Politics / Re: Lagos Installs 90 Cctv Cameras. by Thadude(m): 9:07pm On May 14, 2009 |
I hope police officers arent the ones in the control rooms because they will purge important informations. This can also be used to police a police man especially during their N20 naira accidental discharge. We also need the media to be able to have access to these informations. Infact a special 24hr TV should air in lagos, Security-TV, where citizens can watch, track and report individuals they recognise on screen. Because these criminals are our everyday neighbors and we can identify them even without a data base. This can also be use to police election centers during elections. So that if the PDP attempts to rig it, videos will be aired in the court room as proof, which could lead to cancellation. |

If the federal govt could drop some meaningful projects like lagos is doing no body will be angry @ 'em. We know criminals are stubborn! but with this they will think twice and know they arent invincible anymore. |
Politics / Re: Yaríadua Seek Approval On $10m Loan To Democratic Republic Of Sao Tome by Thadude(m): 8:34pm On May 14, 2009 |
This Yaradua is completely insane, No body is loaning the citizens of Nigeria and that bastard with a fallen kidney is wanting to use the country's resources to loan Sao Tome?, what do they do for us?, do they give our citizens jobs?, how much interest are they paying on the loan?, why granting a loan when we could use that money to build a refinery and solve the problem of fuel scacity there by creating jobs? why giving a loan to another nation when they have electricity to run their country and we dont have?, Since yaradua stole the people's mandate i have been silient, but this one he is about to do at the expense of suffering Nigerians requires his head to be chopped off. We need radicals in Nigeria, we need to take that country back. Even if it is planting a bombs on those politician stealing our resources. like the AGF i wonder why he is allowed to move around freely, why is family is not been discipated. Because that is also what they are doing to us. By stealing our funds the resultant effect is death by starvation, death by lack of electricity, death by generator poisoning, death by lack of health care. |

Only the developing countries have employement oppotunities for professionals. Its insane if he think people would buy his sell. |

Adverts / Re: The Absolute Truth On Forex! by Thadude(m): 4:25pm On May 11, 2009 |
My advise is for you to be your own broker. Forex is forex, trade in Dollar VS Naira you dont need to transfer any money or seek an online broker. Simply by dollars in naija when its low and sell when its high. Those online brokers are hard hit by the economic down turn they are like sharks waiting to dive at your cents. Where do you think the local banks make their money from? they trade in local forex, that way they can control their destine and its always 70% a win, win situation. local forex is more lucrative than stocks. The down turn is that it is risky in terms of security within the country. Make sure no body knows what you are doing, so you dont get visitors at night. 1 Like |

Business / Re: Outsourcing Business In Nigeria: Why Can't It Work? by Thadude(m): 4:06pm On May 10, 2009 |
I disagree with the notion that Nigerians are lazy, 5% of the population being lazy can not speak for 95% of the people. If Nigerians are lazy who made them lazy or who make them look lazy?, the GOVT! 2-3 jobs oversea with the enabling environment you should add. Where will the 2-3 jobs emerge from in Nigeria where there is no power to power the industries. Or banks wont give out loans with reasonable interest rate or without administrative clogging to those with ideas that can create small scale business and put people to work. Secondly, the pay system in Nigeria is bad, it doesnt give the workers the ability to put in their best and earn more for hard work. Like in most countries where pay is calculated on hourly basis. Nigerian industries/govt should introduce hourly pay rate, which is easy by breaking the current salary down to an hourly rate. Automatic salary is cheating to workers and industries/govt, workers who dont turn up for work in a day under clumsy excuse of illness without doctor's report get auto salary. Workers who work hard and over time dont earn extra. Workers who come 30mins late get auto salary. Workers who come 10mins early become discourage and tend to follow suit. So our system is a pull back on hardwork. |
