Family / Re: Mother Or First Son, Who Is Entitled To The Late Father's Property by Tims088: 9:23pm On Aug 09, 2021
According to Nigerian constitution, in the absence of a will the property belongs equally to wife and children, if he likes he should call his village people and claim the property as the first child, once the case enters court it will be in favour of the sisters. Here is the supreme Court ruling on a similar matter

Health / Re: HIV/AIDS Conspiracy Theories: Do You Believe The Virus Is Real? by Tims088: 9:32am On Nov 10, 2017
1. Why is test results not always constant. They said whatever result you take, its all lies. Why is it that you get tested in a hospital and it reads positive. To clear your doubts, you move to another hospital the following day to get a test and it reads negative

There are so many different ways to test for HIV, in Nigeria we normally use 3 stages test to confirm if someone is positive or not.
The first is the Rapid Test, here if the results shows negative it means the person is negative as of that day but if it reads positive it doesn't confirm if the person is actually positive, it only means a further test is required, that takes us to the second stage depending on the clinic, this second confirmatory test can be done with stat pak or unigold kit, clinics without this kits will ask you to go to another hospital to confirm
UNIGOLD TEST KIT... In this second test if the result still read positive the person is confirmed positive(some clinics don't confirm until the third test is done) but if the result is negative after reading positive in the rapid test, you need a tie breaker
STAT PAK... This in most case is the final test the result shown here is regarded as the person's hiv status

2. Many people who have multiple sex partners never get the virus. (forget about theories that some people are immune to the virus) But a first time who decides to have unprotected sex contacts the virus. Isn't that unfair grin Aunty yetunde who is a prostitute is negative while sister chiamaka the choir mistress is positive.

No one is immuned from Hiv. Having several sexual patners only increases your chances of being Positive it doesn't mean you will be positive eventually, The sister chiamaka is probably unlucky to have had unprotected sex with someone who is positive, the lucky prostitute however is having protected sex with negative/positive clients or unprotected sex with hiv negative clients
