Thank you for this, though it didnt sbow us the document, i guess they have not done it at all. But the status has changed to final review since 13th of Dec.

This only works if when you log into the profile you see complete for about a second before it returns to final review. It is very easy to miss it, so be observant.

That means it hasn't started fluctuating. Like I said,it only works if the status of the application is shown as complete immediately you log in before changing back to final review. If you're aren't there yet, you will get there soon. Just be patient.

Hello house, pls where do I find placeholders for post ITA documents? We can't find any

Once you're done filling the forms, transmit them then CIC will generate a checklist of the documents you should upload based on the information you filled in the forms.

While choosing a NOC code, you don't have to perform all the roles stated in the description, so long as you perform most of it. For NOC 4112, representing clients in court is just one role and you said you RARELY do it but have you ever appeared in court while working for the organization that will draft your reference letter? Do you perform other roles listed under the NOC? Do you draft legal documents? Do you negotiate settlements? Do you write legal advice? Do you research and gather evidence for trial? Do you draft and file court processes? If you do most of them, NOC 4112 is the suitable one.
Auroralights:
Please has any lawyer applied using NOC 4211 instead of 4112?
I am asking because though I am a qualified lawyer, I have been mostly doing research, drafting and solicitor's work since I was called to the bar. I rarely go to court except for this last position that has a lot of court appearances to it.
I find that my JD falls in-between the two NOC codes above. How do I make a choice? For now it's on 4211 but I have concerns.

According to DHL, my documents got to them on
the 4th day of August but they officially acknowledged receipt on 6th November, about 10 days from then it was updated to "in line for processing" then to final review the following week. Some days after that, it started fluctuating between final review and complete. Using the information I gathered from Indians, I was able to download my ECA at that stage without waiting for about two more weeks to access it

I think they have become faster since they stopped accepting applications or maybe I just got lucky. Also know that I sent them only one certificate to assess and according to the info on their website, the more the documents, the lengthier the time.
REDBULL1:

Ok thank you very much. 3 weeks? After they received your application? That was super fast. Unfortunately nothing has changed yet on my profile. I'll have to contact them

Or you can try researching ways to contact IQAS. I have read a few posts from people stating that they contacted thèm. Unfortunately, I didn't ask how they did it so I don't have the information. Be proactive about your situation moreso as people (including me) whose documents got to them in August have recieved their ECA(I recieved AOR in November and got the ECA three weeks after that). Your status at the very least ought to have changed to in line for processing since then

You made it your business when you said she can't walk this journey alone, meaning she needs her husband to scale through this process which is totally false. Imagine suggesting an adult stop a life changing decision just because you feel shes unable to achieve a simple process on her own. Did she tell you her soon to be ex-husband wants to move to Canada? Abi she will just walk up to him one of these days and say "babe, abeg let's stop this divorce proceeding. I need these scores for Express Entry, so go and write IELTS and assess your degree, afterwards we can continue this process in court. You're the best babe *muah'*". I really don't understand how Nigerians think. It baffles me

This IQAS snail-like pace with ECA is capable of driving one crazy. I sent my documents to them since July and I'm yet to receive my ECA report, still in final review.

How long does it take from final review to completion?

Yes, but it wasn't the account I used for the t bills. I added statement of another account that had about 100k in it to serve as a buffer incase exchange rate became unfavourable. It wasn't necessary though.

Proof of funds

Next major concern was my proof of funds. My bank account was practically close to zero from the beginning of the Year as I had most of my money in bitcoin. I knew bitcoin won't be accepted as a proof of funds but I didn't want to sell immediately cos I knew the value was going to increase soon. But then again, I was bothered about how to explain my source of funds. I sought advice from this forum and ppl told me to immediately sell my btc and convert to naira, then do t bills or fixed deposit. I followed their advice and liquidated all my bitcoin , which I regretted because a week after then bitcoin doubled it's value, so painful,  I mean i had 60 days, there was no harm just being a little bit patient. Well, I did tbills for four months, added my online bank account statement as a buffer and that was all.

Hello everyone,

My friend tried to create an express entry profile but she couldn't find where to pick two or more certificates as her eca report stated. She just found the options for other qualifications, then bachelors degree and masters, there's no two or more certificates in between. Is she missing something? If yes, please, where can the options be found? She's scared she'll lose points if she chooses bachelors degree and submits the profile

Sorry about your experience. I recently registered for the test with BC and paid online too using Zenith. They however responded acknowledging receipt of my payment. Same situation, different outcome, I wonder why. Keep sending them emails until it is rectified.

Bro/Sis, The discount rate of 10% is per annum so for 182 days would be half that rate which is 5%. TB is a low-risk security hence the meagre ROI. Just take solace in the fact that your money is kept somewhere and you have access to it anytime.

Thank you

The part about the stop rate has already been answered.

TBills auctions are done fortnightly and that is the reason you had to wait for a week for the next auction.

Also, if you are doing TBills for the first time, you would be requiring a custodial service and this cost less than a thousand naira (#300 with Stanbic). It is a one-off!

About #300 was deducted for mine too. Thanks for the enlightenment.

Interest rate in any financial institution is per annum, that is the meaning of the p. a at the back of your 10%. So if you buy bills for 3 months that will be 10% divided by 12 and multiplied by 3. If you are looking for something more profitable than T-bills, then you should have gone for money market funds.

It's clearer now, thanks

The interest rate stated is per annum. If the tenure of your investment is 182 days, that's just about 6 months, hence the interest rate will be half of 10%.

I get it now, thanks

The rate is per annum , so u multiply by the number of days divided by 365 to get ur actual % interest

Hello everyone,

I read here that TBills is profitable but I feel like I have been swindled. Decided to purchase TBills with POF instead of leaving the money in my account and of course, for security reasons. I already did the math with the rates I saw here and my online research. I was expecting a reasonable interest but the interest I received hit me hard (still pissed sef). Now, I need clarification so that I will prepare myself well for a showdown at that bank.

I used Zenith bank and had to wait for over a week before the TBills were auctioned (so they said). I waited happily (in my mind..."yay primary market = better interest rate). The day eventually came, to my utmost disappointment, the interest I received was lower than 5%. Never read anywhere or met anyone whose interest was that low. Could the bank have done something shady? Do TBills investments have custodians? The letter that was sent to me bears Zenith Pension as my custodian. Then the discount rate is stated as 10% p.a. (but as I stated earlier, I was credited with less than 5%). Should the interest be calculated per annum? The duration of the TBill's 182 days. Are there circumstances that can make a person's interest that low? Someone who's knowledgeable in this should please give me the necessary information.

I feel cheated. I feel like I tied my money down for nothing.
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by Titaness: 3:42pm On Jul 30, 2019
To the best of my knowledge (as is stated on IQAS website) the attestation must come from the institution. The transcript must also be dated and placed in a sealed envelop that is stamped with the institution's official seal across the back flap.

Ps: It is safer to let the institution send the transcript.

Amicusacuriae:
bro is there is a format for the attestation letter or the school has the responsibility of writing the attestation letter
