May I use this special day and wonderful month to welcome you my friends, into the historical Remembrance of healthcare treatments using physical modalities. Today is 8 September,2017. We celebrate World Physical therapy Day, in conjunction with WCPT ( world confederation of physical therapy) & NSP (Nigerian Society of physiotherapy). This is a global event recognising the incredible role physiotherapists play in the healthcare profession in the community and the relationships they have with their patients.

Physiotherapists are health professionals who have a key role in helping people with long-term conditions to achieve their goals, fulfil their potential and participate fully in the society. That you don't walk today, doesn't mean you are limited to that status. But a physiotherapist can assure you and say " their is hope of Movement". Your body have been programmed by God to carry out certain functions, but only a little mistake and ignorance can deny you of that God given functions. Please note, their is hope in restoration and functionality of your lost functions. Join the global world today , to celebrate the success existence of physiotherapist in the world and our country Nigeria.

Drugs can cure you to some extent, but note: "their is always a hidden treasure in my brain and my hands as a physiotherapist". You can ask how, but it acts like magic. Where ever you are now, amputated, deformed or Impaired in any form. Let me re-assure you, a breathing man is never impaired, but just try and change the psychology in your personal thinking and believe that your functionality is never in any form of limitations.

I would want to plead with our government, to help this country Nigeria, by providing enough standard physiotherapy equipments in our teaching hospitals, healthcentres & our country at large. Even at the little standard available, they still perform wonders. What will happen when we have the latest standard. Let's not deny the fact that many of you my leaders are always traveling to India for physiotherapy treatments. Why not give us the same standard here in Nigeria? If you ask me, Nigeria have many patients that requires physiotherapy intervention, we have many people with deformities, both old, young and also children with birth deformities which can be cured at the early stage by a physiotherapist. Our leaders should help the profession and the entire country at large with standards required to save our country from the impeding state of physically challenged people. If you ask me, they are not physically challenged, but are being influenced by the actions of you my leaders by not giving them the necessary hope they required to leave a normal life. I am calling on Our leader, "Mr.President " to please save the lives of some patriotic citizens of this country Nigeria, who are impaired in one way or the other, but voted you in with the intention that you will give them hope and life again. They are not asking for money, but only a standard physiotherapy modalities that will help their body and soul to be happy and feel loved again like humans. You can put a smile in the faces of some people, by providing a well funtional and affordable physiotherapy treatment equipments in our teaching hospitals. Am pleading on our President, Governors, senators and ministers. You people are the mouthpiece of our country. Give us the hope which you promised.

History was made today as all youth Entrepreneurship Forum (AYEF Nigeria) elects their first new executives on the just concluded election organized by a committee headed by the founder and its Assistant Comr. Hillary Nkem OKeke and Comr. Nwankwo Paschal, on 1st May, 2017 and 2nd May, 2017 respectively. The election was done in the mode of article presentations from different aspirants, based on their knowledge in administrative competence, business ideas and their creative experiences. This newly elected executives is expected to pilot the affairs of this organization to a greater height in future. Today 5th May, 2017. The committee has officially published the names of the elected executives, and their inauguration ceremony has been schedule to hold on 3rd june, 2017; at the Auditorium of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi campus, with the attendance of different dignitaries of the state. Following the inauguration of the executives is also the installation of AYEF Nigeria. Furthermore, on 3rd June, 2017. the organization is organizing a national youth entrepreneurship summit "theme": Youth led entrepreneurs; the Nigerian leadership imperative. It Also features a "public paper presentations", on the topic: "youth are best as leaders when they are entrepreneurs"; the Nigerian case.

To participate on this presentation, pick up your form at Destiny Pot (Ifite Awka) Anambra state, at the rate of 2000 naira. In such context, the Unizik College Of Health Science Nnewi campus Okofia community after the Student Union election, now have new faces in executive positions for the task to mediate between the school authority and students.

THIS VICTORY BELONGS TO YOU.
Let no one deceive you, that this just won struggle was not hard fought. Let no one tell you that the victory belongs to any man. After God, I make bold to say that only you
deserve the praises for this earned victory. We didn't come by it cheaply. It is your victory. It was gotten through your relentless
hard work and prayers. I thank you all for walking this long miles together with us. My appreciation goes to the Electoral Committee (UNECO) led by the Dean of Students' Affairs, I thank the school
management for accepting with us that the election was needful. I thank all groups on campus. Yes, you have all done well to get this victory.
I had the understanding early enough that not all dreams come to reality, but reality be-gets dream, it takes the grace of God, the element of luck and the mind of goodwill, for dreams to come to reality.
Hence, I must commend the intellectual vigour of all the contestants, particularly the courageous & strong man that contested the presidential
seat with me, and ended as runner up. Let it be known to you, that you have not lost. We are all winners. We are winners because our union has come to stay. We are winners because we are witnesses to this process. Facebook is filled with birthday wishes of this young and courageous gentleman, in the person of Mr. Hillary Nkem Okeke.

It was about the inability of the Government to repair the Roads leading to the University College. Students are suffering; most especially this raining season.

A great tension in Nnamdi Azikiwe University COllege of Health Science Nnewi campus as the Sub-dean student affairs and also the Uneco chairman whiclh is the college electoral body disqualified 7 students whom have duelly passed through the screening and electionary processes before the election and where even inaugurated and sworn into their various offices.

The Uneco chairman at the meeting held at the Anatomy department of the college disqualified some students including the SUG president of the Union and the Speaker of student representative council stating that they did not meet up with the requirement for them to have contested the election. This act has remain a shock as the whole student heard the disqualification of some of the escos.

The Uneco chairman stated that Uneco did not properly go through the files submitted to the student affairs department before conducting the election, and added that it was a grace given by the Uneco to conduct the election without getting the CGPA of all the aspirants.
In The meeting, upon the pronouncement of their disqualification, the affected student refused to accept the disqualification letter; insisting that it was a laxity on the part of the Uneco not to have screened and scrutinized. According to the constitution, before pasting their names on the notice board, all over the campus, stating that they where screened and qualified.

The students also said that it was not the duty of the Uneco to disqualify any candidate after inauguration. They added that the electionary was free and fair, the result was accepted by not parties, and there was no petition from any lost candidate concerning any malpractice of the election. They stated that, the Uneco contradicted their constitutional function by taking laws into their hand to disqualify a candidate that has been swore in into the office without following the normal process in the constitution.

The subdean student affair and also the chairman of the Uneco also threaten that any reaction to this disqualification by any student will not be tolerated, for such student will face hell because he has made arrangement to deploy SSS to arrest any student who will react to the decision.

We still don't know why Unizik is always having problems with their student Government for the past years; before it was on the main campus in Awka but now, in the University Medical college in Nnewi Campus

pls tell me hw genues this thing is, let it not be the one that the embarcy will give u a fake visa and you will at the same time be unable to see the flight ticket to be delivered to you after payment
