I've always known that the secret of abundant living is selling. As a person, I'm passionate about enterprise and owning my life. So I was surprise when I joined a network marketing business in 2004 after my degree exams. Although, I took it as a hobby not as a business thus I failed. To me, I forgot about it when I got a 8am to 5pm type of job,I forgot about it.
Subsequently, after the economic recession, I jumped into network marketing again. This time, I took it as a business. I started study those who has succeeded in this industry both locally and abroad. I found out that it's not all about the big money and lifestyle hype that you hear about network marketing but mainly about building relationship, touching people's lives and sharing values. If this is your focus in network marketing, all that is needed is for you to have a plan probably, 3-5 year plan and start taking action.
Keeping learning how to reach out to more people both online and offline and as long as you keep focus, you'll start seeing result in your network marketing business.
These fundamental knowledge is working for me and my network marketing experience has never been the same. I believe that on or before 2015, I'll be close to attaining financial freedom from my MLM business.

Guys, I see a lot of guys are seriously confused on the way forward. Avoiding the bank charges as a result of this policy is simple. If you are an individual and you want to pay anybody above N150,000, you either use bank transfer to the person's account or you issue a crossed cheque, which means, the person has to pay it into his/her account.
If you have a business that has a daily turn over above N150,000, you should go and register your business with CAC and open a business account. That way, you can pay or withdrawal up to N1M daily without charges. If your business daily turn over is above N1m, you get a POS machine and transact most of your business cashless. I believe that anybody whose business is turning over N1m plus should be able to have a stand-by generator to support his business.
For those sending allowances to their wards abroad, within your Dom account this policy will not affect you. Most of the black market operators, I'm not talking of the road-side Mallams, registered burea de change operators will be operating with POS Machine. So, with your Debit card, you can buy your forex and pay into your Dom acct.
So, do not wait till March 1st 2012, if you're in Lagos so as to fall victim. Just take the necessary action now and be ready. You can approach any lawyer for business name registration. It'll not cost you more than N15000. I repeat N15OOO.

If what you truly need is the experience and not the money, then you can try Dr S. O Ojeagbase's strategy of sowing the time seed. Package your values very well, look out for a good company, preferable a smaller company that will need your service, see how your value can be of their immense need and write a letter to them informing them in details how your service can bring useful value that can either serve them money or improve their operation. Inform them that you want to offer free service as an intern and do not forget to add your contact and the contact of your referee who can vouch for you' Send it through courier service. Make sure you get the designation of the right person that will attend to this to avoid your mail landing in the wrong person's table and your effort being wasted,

Bank wire is one of the media for cashless transaction, hence it'll not attract any penalty. The essence of the policy is to control cash handling and encourage cashless economy. This will save CBN the huge expense that it incure in the course of managing cash.

HOW IS CBN CASHLESS POLICY GOING TO AFFECT YOUR BUSINESS?
The Central Bank of Nigeria stated that with effect from January 1st, 2012, every cash transaction through the bank, be it cash deposit or withdrawal, across the counter, through the ATM or POS, has to be limited to a specific amount per day. For individuals, you are to transact cash to the maximum of N150,000 per day while for corporate entities, your daily maximum cash transaction is N1m. For individuals, every N1000 above N150,000 per day will attract a bank charge of N100 while for corporate entities, every N1000 above N1m cash transaction via bank per day will attract a bank charge of N200.

Although, Lagos as the pilot city for this policy was supposed to start feeling the slag hammer of the banks on the defaulters but the CBN has given the banks till 1st of March, 2012 to put in place all the necessary cashless transaction mechanisms and instruments.

The question is; "How is cashless policy of CBN in Lagos and subsequently the rest of Nigeria, going to affect your business?" and "How are you getting ready so as to prevent falling victim of unneccesary bank charges, come 1st of March 2012?" It is painful that many Nigerians are still waiting for white collar or blue collar jobs when real wealth is actually concealed in the dirt. Invest in your personal development and don't fail to practice what you learn. It's very important. Stick to this and I promise you 2012 must end on the right track for you.
