Pls, I need to clarify something.

In a scenario where someone own a registered business (MUA) as an undergraduate and was doing that as a side gig(mostly weekends) before and after graduation.
Does the person have to state this post ITA?

If yes, how? As this period would probably be overlapping with Final and Service Year.

NB- The person is not actively involved in the side gig after been gainfully employed and is not claiming points as self employed.
Thank you.

@Zeus04, please, kindly check your email. Thank you.

On the other hand, does anyone have an idea if PHRi can be converted to CPHR (BC & Yukon). I have seen some people say it's possible while others think SPHRi is what can be used. I need to clarify this. Thank you.

Nb - I sent an enquiry mail to the organization in question, but I'm yet to get any response.

Well, I thought so too not until ICES sent a verification mail to Unilag. They sent me a followup mail when Unilag didn't reply them on time.

Hello, Everyone.

Happy New Year!

I just thought to post this for anyone living with Sickle Cell Anemia and might be worried about medicals. Do not panic or worry, you will pass medicals as long there are no other complications aside having Sickle Cell.
Pls, disclose your genotype to the nurse/doctor when you go for your upfront medicals and be ready to answer some follow up questions. Be sincere!

I could not find lot of information on this, and it gave me anxiety. I asked here and I got some words of encouragement last year (Thank you, all).

Anyways, I got MEP/BIL on the 14/01/2021.

I sincerely wish everyone on this journey the very best. We shall testify soon. Cheers!

Wow! We had our medicals with them on that same day and got the notification of submission to IRCC 3days later. Maybe, you should try and visit them if you're worried. Their numbers are as good as those of BC and MOD, basically nonexistent!

Good evening, all.

Please, how do I know the status of my health case?
Or how long does it take IOM to send medical report to IRCC?
I was told I will receive a text when my report has been sent, but I haven't gotten any.
Also, I'm asking because I want to request for a copy of the case note. My medicals was on the 30th November 2020. I have tried calling the number on their page, and I have sent an email but I haven't gotten any response.

If there are alternative ways to contact IOM, please do let me know

Thank you.

Hello guys!

I made up my mind to go to Canada in July this year. I'm on 475 ( I submitted my application almost two weeks ago). The fear I'm having is with regards to medical admissibility. I have Sickle Cell (I hardly have a crisis as I manage myself well) and this has been a concern for me.

Is there anyone who has sickle cell and has gotten PR?? If yes, how did you go about it?

My birthday is not anytime soon. Next birthday is in 7 months.

Okay. Thank you

I don't know about your IELTS with the way cut off points are changing, I'll leave that to the gurus in the house.
But for the transcript, mine took like 6 weeks after 'awaiting verification' for the status to change to 'evaluation in progress'. I didn't do anything, not even go to Unilag. So since yours is just 3 weeks, wait for like 2 more weeks again. But if you cannot, go to school and inquire.
WES gives a seven week time frame before sending a reminder

Hello everyone,

Please I need help with my transcript verification from Unilag. 3 weeks ago, ICES sent a mail in this regard to Unilag. The NASU strike is not helping matter as I have exhausted all my contacts rn. ECA is the only thing delaying me. Help!!

Also, my IELTS result came in last week.

LRWS - 8.5, 7,7,8 (First attempt). I do not plan on writing this again . The reading score shocked me tho.
Age- 27
Qualification- MSc
Work Experience - 3 years

CSR - 475

I hope am good to go??

Gurus in the house, please, help me vet the above. Thanks

Hello. Please, I need your advice.

I have BSC, MSC and CIPM. Which should I evaluate with WES?
MSC + CIPM? OR BSC+MSC+CIPM? Do I get extra points from doing the three? Or Msc + CIPM is okay? I'm new here.

Thank you

Nacho4:
No extra charges. Wes will wait until they have received all the documents for the qualifications you indicate you want to evaluate before issuing you an ECA report. So go ahead.

Matter of fact, I paid for evaluation in September 2019 when I wasn't even done with my program, and was only able to get my documents across to WES in march 2020.

You just gonna see "Awaiting Documents" on your profile

Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Tundeom: 9:32pm On Jul 10, 2020
Do you mean I can evaluate both (CIPM+Masters)? If yes, do I incur extra fees for doing both? I'm new to the whole process. Also, do I need CIPM transcript for it or the CIPM certificate will suffice?

Kindly explain. Thank you

listowell:

Use WES nao. CIPM + Masters? bro.....

Good evening, everyone.

1) will ICES accept M.Sc. statement of result (at the point of registration) while Unilag sends my Transcript by official email? My certificate is not ready. I convoked last year.

2) Is it possible to evaluate CIPM certificate? If yes, how do I go about it? Do I have to get a transcript from them or what? Will addition point be gotten for it?

Thank you
