Islam is a religion that believes in progressive revelation. Those that believe in Moses(Jews) during the time of Moses will go to heaven. those that believe in Jesus during the time of Jesus will go to heaven. But after the coming of Muhammed (SAW) you must believe in Muhammed and neglect other religion because he's the last prophet of Allah. Those verses were talking of believers in the pre-muhammed era.

This is very easy to understand. Moses was not like any other prophets in the Bible. That's why Jesus and Paul always refer to the old testament as the law and the prophets or Moses and the prophets. The distinction is always there between Moses and others. Moses had something different from what any other person had in the Old testament which God attested to himself in Numbers 12. Except if you are saying "The Lord" used by Moses throughout his books were mistakes or misinterpretation (which was an explanation by someone else on this subject)
