I want to believe CIC will definitely request for a new admission letter whenever they decide to approve your visa, provided you passed all necessary review.

The normal and best thing to do is request for deferral which you did and it was turned down. Holding your slot with the school doesn't guarantee you a new admission letter, since they have told you they are not deferring it.
I will advice you request for refund and reopen another application with the school, if you can get an admission with your documents in your first application, I believe you should be able to get admission again.

As for your application for Visa, I will advice you put in a request for withdrawal stating the reason maybe you can be considered for refund if possible...

All what I've said so far are my suggestion and thought, please wait for other advice which maybe more suitable than what I have said... Ire o

Boss , if your at an advanced stage in the workforce recruitment then you should probably see it through cus this is just the Stage 1 for MTN. It's your decision to make. Dragnet didn't allow you reschedule time?

Oga Sifo...na woman o..lol.Yes,dragnet said its same day,same time across all three locations :Abuja,Lagos and Rivers.Workforce too says same.Both are fresh,havent attended any stage for workforce.How many stages in all for MTN pls?Yur cntact?

I also received the mail and text for the aptitude test with Dragnet for saturday.I have even been trying to reschedule cus i have another interview scheduled for the same day with workforce but its not working and i sincerely dnt know what to do.

One thing to note is that more to the sponsor's financial capacity, an applicant must have access to the funds claimed or declared.This could be through a direct transfer to applicant's account or paying tuition prior to application and then transferring money for living expenses to PA.

You can use any account you choose to as long as it meets the requirements of tuition and living expenses for atleast a year and will be accesible by you the applicant.
Third party sponsorships will do more than just writting. They either can pay your full tuition, transfer funds to your personal account or swear to an affidavit of support.

Hello All,please help.!!!What do you think? But i have been refused a canadian visa twice now on the grounds of insufficient funds.Though the first account was a coporate account.The second is personal but they said they are not sure of his commitment.Now the question is,can i use a new account different from the first two for my third application or do you think they already have the record of my previous sponsors.This third sponsor is sure to have about 30 million when i need the statement against my first two sponsors that had barely up to 10 million.I await your revert.Thank you.
