Responsibilities:
• Develop cloud applications using C#/.NETCore, or any of NodeJS, Serverless, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Design and development of database models (Cloud based NoSQL/Microsoft SQL Server)
• Setup API Integrations with various 3rd parties that streamline real estate transactions
• Support and maintain existing systems (C# .Net Framework/.NetCore)
• Implement automated dev-ops deployments with CI/CD best practices
• Provide adequate test coverage include unit and automated tests
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality deliverables on time
• Agile story development and progression with technical and business stakeholders
• Team orientation but ability to deliver independently with good communication skills

Qualifications:
• C#, .NET Core, NET Framework 4.6+, IIS 7.5+, WebAPI, Azure DevOps/Git, SQL Server, EF/LINQ
• DevOps experience such as code versioning, branching, shelving, merging, and publishing
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure (Docker, Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, Service Bus/Queueing, MongoDB, App Service, BLOBs, VMs) is beneficial
• Working knowledge of Agile practices and CICD pipeline adherence
• Strong skills in Typescript/Javascript, React or Angular
• Cloud based monitoring and logging experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of a microservice architecture
• Strong understanding of REST principles

4. Limit red meat consumption
A number of studies have shown that a diet high in animal fat increases the risk for several types of cancer, particularly colon cancer. Red meat has a higher fat content when compared to poultry or fish. A diet rich in fat also causes obesity which can also lead to a number of cancers. Substituting your red meat meal with one that is made of fish or poultry is a simple change that can help reduce your chances of getting cancer.

5. Think before you drink
Drinking does not only affect your liver adversely, it can leave you with a much stronger side effect – cancer. Studies suggest that men who consume two alcoholic drinks per day and women who have one alcoholic drink per day significantly increase their risk factors for certain type of cancers. Cut down on the number of drinks in a week and see your body respond positively.
