Goodday all,am filling ds160 to go and meet my wife that travel last month to give birth in the USA.We intend to come back immediately she gives birth after a month.when filling ds 160 I came across this.DO YOU HAVE ANY IMMEDIATE RELATIVES APART FROM PARENTS IN THE USA.What do I have to fill since its only my wife that stays in the USA.

DO YOU HAVE ANY IMMEDIATE RELATIVES,NOT INCLUDING PARENTS IN THE US?.what do I put in this case because its only my wife that I have in the US.should I consider my wife as a relative and put YES or DOES NOT APPLY.

I lost my passport with a valid USA visa in the USA of which I had to make use of emergency travel certificate to come back to Nigeria.I reported to the police in the USA of which I was given a police report after four days.Sir what are the process of getting the VISA back,someone told me I should first send an email to the USA embassy here in ABUJA,but I don't have the USA embassy email address.kindly furnish with with all the information needed to help me in the process of replacement of the visa.THANKS

I am in El paso with wifey. Staying at extended stay. To the glory of God , He sent a helper that assisted us in paying using form A via Skye bank.To the glory of God again, $8000 was given as PTA from stanbic for me and wifey on 10th. POE was IAH and as usual, God sent us a helper in the person if the CBP officer that interviewed us. May God bless that CBP officer abundantly, she was an angel indeed. So far we are settling down.
