oga forget agent nothing special about them,nothing they are doing that you can’t do yourself , all “those purpose of visit is inconsistent and income bullsh***t” Is to just make the gcms not full and not look like if the VO is only concerned about funds but the truth is that the VO is all about the funds. Read the gcms note well the bullet point of the VO was that he his not sure if you will have access to the funds you have provided , simple then, show the VO you have access to the funds by paying the balance of your tuition. ( that was what I did ) , I guess your balance is 8,500cad , if you really have access has you claim and the money is readily available has your claim , then nothing is stoping you . In your next application the VO will see the trend of how the the new fees left your bank account in your new and updated bank statement. That will give him trust that you really have access to the funds .

I had this similar message in my gcms note (but my parents where my sponsor) my father felt so belittled and angry when he saw the gcms note , he vexed and paid my whole tuition of 17,000cad and transfers a sum of 5 million Naira to my account for upkeep, I attached all this in my new application plus his updated bank statement showing evidence of the new transaction made , the balance was even more than what I submitted in my first applications (we wan show the VO say he does not know what his saying ) I got medical
request last week .

Someone have meticulously answered the fund aspect for you and i beleive him,i think theres a lump sum in the acct without any explanation!

Buh the main issue is the ties you’ve in canada.
If you hv made enough research or watch u tube videos even in nairaland ,you shldnt hv even pointed out you have sister in canada,that is shooting yourself in the foot.

Thirdly many agents are just thrash, mine was directly responsible for my first denial! He just did nonsense sop and document and submitted!

Second time i used my hand and made research and did the second application without gcm note and still got!

@Ultimaate I was just about to add that you will seriously need to convince the VO why they should expend 90% of proceeds of land sale on your education without stating her source of income. You will do well to explain source of income of your mum and every other points highlighted by Accessed.
Unfortunately now, POF has skyrocketed so you will be needing about 31,000,000 meaning your mum account should have about 35,000,000 in
your reapplication. Very unfortunate.

Also I will suggest your mum pays part of the school fees, if possible 1 full year tuition aince you are trying to convince the VO that the proceeds of the land sale are totally available for your education and also transfer 1 year living expenses to your acct. That will make your reapplication stronger.

Does your mother have any notable source of income, if no then you have to explain in details other assets she manages and how the rental income from these assests will be enough to take care of the rest of the family most importantly.

Also hope you did justice on your future plans and economic ties to justify why an asset will be sold solely to fund your education without your sponsor having other major sources of income.

Truth is the GCMS note is what can reveal the VO's exact concerns. We can only attempt to hazard a guess from our individual experiences, but that should not replace the GCMS except if you are in a hurry to reapply. In which case you need to provide more details so that @Zubi and others can really assist. Details like duration of your program, the Tuition, how much you paid, How you proved relationship with sponsor, How long you been working? did you explain why she is fully sponsoring you? what is she left with her after sponsoring? etc. Another issue was the purpose, which means you probably did not prove career progression, the reasonableness of the expense and so on.

Summary...try to get GCMS to avoid the guess work.
