Truckpusher: Don't say anything without adequate information. Pdp is a rejected party in kogi. People are impoverished by pdp. Politicians share all the state resources. No devpt. No project. Even local govt staff are not paid and when at all, you hear 20 percent. Pdp agent for winning election is thuggry. Go and die if u don't believe the truth. Pdp can win only by rigging. Note: if u know u loose clearly, u have no option than to congratulate the winner. If u win election and u are rigged out, u will not keep quiet. Wake up and make democracy work |

People earn even much more than 1m in Naija. If I earn that, my wife will not lack within that limit. No specific amount goes to her but she must feel it well and regularly. She will also be involved in my investment plan so, what is her problem? Except she is naturally greedy. 1 Like |

Politics / Gunmen Kill 4 Igbos In Potiskum by Unubi(f): 2:07pm On Jan 12, 2012 |
Gunmen suspected to be members of the Boko Haram sect have shot dead four Igbos who were travelling to the East and stopped over for refueling at Taxaco fuel station in Potiskum Local Government Area of Yobe State on Wednesday at about 3:00 p.m. Sources in Potiskum told the Nigerian Tribune that the assailants came on two motorcycles as if wanting to buy fuel when they took position and before anyone could realise it, brought out AK47 riffles and opened fire on the Igbo travellers. According to the source, nobody knew whether they had followed the Igbo travellers from somewhere to the petrol station or not. He said: “You know Igbos are being hated unjustly in this area and more so, they are Christians, not like the Yorubas that you find some Muslims among, even though they too were being targeted because they are not northerners.” TRIBUNE OF TODAY |
Politics / Re: Obj Lambasts Acn Over Kogi Election Results by Unubi(f): 4:52pm On Dec 08, 2011 |
The poblem nigeria has at hand is this cultlike pdp. The election was clearly won by ACN. Even obj himself knows this but truth is lacking more among our political elites. I monitored the election personally in the polling units around me and on phone across the state. There was popular revollt against pdp and eventually, pdp was anounced winner. So shocking how this manipulation was done. Tell obj to shut up as the truth is that pdp never truly won this particular kogi election. |
Politics / Obj Lambasts Acn Over Kogi Election Results by Unubi(f): 4:38pm On Dec 08, 2011 |
FORMER president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, has lambasted the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) over its reaction to the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP’s) victory at the gubernatorial election in Kogi State. Apparently reacting to the ACN’s claim that the PDP victory was a scientific rigging, the former president, while speaking with newsmen in Abeokuta, on Wednesday, said that the ACN would always find excuses when defeated. “They will always come up with excuses when PDP pounced on them, but unfortunately, they do not ascribe any name to the local government elections in Lagos State,” he said. He explained that the ACN victory during the local government elections in Lagos State should be called “unscientific.” The former president, who attributed the success of the PDP at the poll to the success recorded by the party during the tenure of the out-going governor, Ibrahim Idris, said the people voted for the PDP. “The people, according to reports I got, came out to vote for the PDP, because they believed in us and I want to thank the people of Kogi State for voting PDP,” he said. He assured the people of the state that the PDP governor-elect would not disappoint them, saying, “I know Wada. He is my son. He will surely perform beyond expectations, because he would not want to betray the trust voters have in him. “Moreover, he will want to surpass the achievements recorded by the outgoing governor, who had done tremendously,” Obasanjo said. He said that the outcome of the governorship election in Kogi State was the wish of the people of the state, and urged opposition parties contesting the outcomes of the election to accept them in good fate. It will be recalled that the PDP candidate, Captain Idris Wada (retd), emerged the winner of the election held last Saturday. He defeated the candidate of the ACN, Prince Abubakar Audu, by over 60 per cent of total valid votes. “You see, there is no way you can take wishes and aspiration of the people away in a free and fair election. And that was what actually happened in Kogo State on Saturday. It is a result the opposition should take and accept in good stride,” he added. |

My uncle works with AGIP OIL at magt levl, the wife works wt a private university owned by a big church so money for food is not a prbs but as a habit, he eats most times onece a day, his wife and children take after him tho eat light food in adition some time. I as a person eat 1.5 time a day and I enjoy it especially when im busy. it keeps me healthy and in shape. I belf man does not leave to eat but eat to leave. I provide food for my dependants and they eat regularly so, dont think its poverty. I date girls that never wanted to go, so my guy, eating habit has nothing to do with love. |

Thanks tin Jones and Donald. She had been there and was told she may had been short changed somewhere and that the there is no more room for intake in her choice course. She was further promised another course when V-C LIST will be out which she is not happy with. Its so painfull because she was in medical school in Uyo to 200level and fell critically ill and could not continue, so she lost the admission and the only thing she has ever been excited at is her medical career. Its so worrisom but i believe the school can be compelled to consider her for her course may be by legal action or cant say, |

These things cld happen without respect to whoever is the president. terrorism is not peculiar to Nigeria, its a recent global thing. its complex to rule this country. We can charge GED on his feckless fight against corruption. Importantly, we need to continue to pray for the help of God. |
