Good morning, I applied for myself.
I read there is some delay due to the Ukraine situation,
so I'm keeping fingers crossed.
SPARKAMANI:
any single email from them? Have you emailed them? Did you apply for yourself or as a dependent??

Thanks for your response @Emurate1

It has always been stated everywhere that your TB test should be valid when applying for Visa. Being close to the expiration date has never been stated by UK GOV as a reason for visa denial.

Your TB result will fly

Hello everyone,

My Tuberculosis test result expires on the 28th of May 2022 and I intend to start my Uk student visa application this week, because I'm getting my CAS this week (all other documents are ready). Since priority and super priority visa options are cancelled, would the expiry date of my tb test result be an issue since it's quite close?

Good morning, forget their site. Go straight to the office very early, they will generate a code for you, make payment via mobile transfer, print proof of payment and if possible get ur test done same day or get a date of ur choice.

Responded to you on the student thread.
Thank you @mimilyrics
I have written to the school and even sent a new financial evidence but they insist it's still being worked on (since 15th February). I've also applied to other schools.
Thanks again.

giselle237:

this refusal letter is veeeeeeeeeery detailed. Very easy to understand
1. You said he is going to visit his uncle for 14 days. No evidence the person is his uncle. No proof there is any form of relationship between the two people. No proof the supposed uncle is legal in the UK, no documentary nothing submitted to prove any of these otherwise.
2. No proof that this uncle will provide accommodation or care or that he will be covered.
3. Why is he travelling alone? A 15 yr old. Say he is going for visit to uncle. Why alone? You say you will be busy with business- what business? No proof of your business, that your business is operational and functional
3. You say he is a student in Nigeria. No proof he is a student.
4. The whole trip will be funded by 3rd party. What happens if things go wrong as they have no idea about his own financial situation in Nigeria
5. You say you will sponsor the trip with 2000 pounds, you provided bank statement with 400,000 naira. Not even enough to cover trip cost
Ma it looks like the ECO thinks you intend on shipping this boy to the UK, after a while he will stay and then try to become legal as he was born in the UK. There is no proof to suggest to eco that this is not the plan as the whole thing looks suspicious to the ECO.
Because nothing suggests there is true intention to visit and looks fishy that you are sending off your son to visit an uncle which you can not prove relationship to.
Please go back to the drawing table and sort out the true intention of this trip as everything has been doubted and looks suspicious coupled with lack of proofs

Hello house!
I was refused entry clearance (tier 4 student visa) into the UK on the 14th February 2022 on grounds of my official financial sponsorship being from a Nigerian private company, hence the refusal. I have written and called the school (University of Suffolk Ipswich) severally to issue me with another CAS so I can reapply but their response has been we're working on it.
Please, what can I do at this point?

Hi there! I have an offer from the University of Suffolk Ipswich as well.
I think I have an answer to your third question. I did my Masters in Coventry University and I can say for a fact that living off campus is way cheaper, and since Suffolk Ipswich is cheaper than Coventry in terms of standard of living, I'd advice you get your own private accommodation. You can check spareroom.co.uk and amberstudent.com for affordable accommodation options.
