Truly the pain is unbearable and at a point I was crawling to the bathroom.But what I did to ease the pain is water.The paracetamol did nothing for me.I Drank water like a fish just like a mama advised me here.Anytime I pee I make sure I drink water immediately as dehydration worsen the pain.

Yes dear, opk is mostly good for mamas with regular circles. Except you have many sticks to spare best you do s3x every other day, every two days or every three days as @sugah suggested. I used opk for just two months and conceived the second month. It advised you buy a pack of 50 or 100 so you have enough to play around with and it cheaper and last longer. Do you know that you can even use opk to check for pregnancy. Opk is positive when the down line is darker or the same as the upper line (whether you are using it to check for pregnancy or ovulation). That is, the two lines has to be equally dark or the line closer to the side you deep in urine darker than the upper line.

Bolded is one of the problems....you're starting out too late already. To truly cover the base, plan from the day after your period ends and bd everyother day
Until after ovulation then you can BD every 3 days until the start of the next cycle.

Problem with taking hormone balancing supplements is if you don't need it, it might disrupt your hormones. Id rather you just take prenatals like pregnacare

Hubby had the same issue. He used Fertilsan for 3 months and it worked really well on the count but not motility. Then he used Fertilaid for men and motility boost for 2 months (the people's doctor on IG prescribed them for us after consultation) We did analysis after, both worked well too.

After few months of no show we went back to the hospital and the count has dropped again and the doctor said he shouldn't have stopped the drugs. The 3 drugs cost around 100k for each month supply, how could we spend that every month for long. But I think one can go for something less expensive like maca, addyzoa and few others to maintain the numbers (just a suggestion, you should seek your doctor's advice). So the doctor prescribed Proxeed for 2 months. 70k (hospital price) for a month supply, we got the second one cheaper, 60k from the pharmacy we got the Fertilisan.

Not sure if that worked well because we couldn't test immediately he finished the drug, it was during the serious lock down. We tested after 2.5 months and the results were not that great.

I hope this helps, if you can get the first 3 drugs I mentioned (you can as well run the idea by your doctor) and try to target your ovulation days to BD well around those months. Baby dust to you ❤

If you cannot get those things I mentioned, simply prepare combo(ie, a mixture of garlic, ginger, tumeric and clove) to flush it out. After the Orthodox treatment, wait for about two to three weeks before taking the combo.

He still has moderate growth of Staphylococcus aureus.
You need to run High vaginal swab m/c/s. If there is growth, treat alongside with him.
Try incorporating fruits(especially cucumbers) and veggies into your diet.

I may not believe your assumptions.

You will be surprised to know that there are many men that are not into extra marital affairs. Very many men out there.

But the problem is that majority of the time you people expose yourself to the worst of men and then you come up with unverified claims.
That you are exposed to the worst does not mean there are not good men out there.

Its justw like saying that all women are slut.s Because of what some women do, but that's not true, there are exceptionally very good women out there. Depends on what you see.
