Hobark International, Inc is recruiting for the following position: Xtree System Fabrication Site Supervisor Job TypeFull TimeQualificationBA/BSc/HND Experience 3 years Job Field Engineering / Technical Oil and Gas / Energy ACTIVITIES • Act as Company Site Representative at the Contractor fabrication facility and report on a daily basis to XTree and Wellhead Package Lead. • Participate in daily manufacture, assembly, testing progress meetings with Contractor and highlight any areas of concern. • Monitor Contractor’s implementation at site of HSE processes ensuring conformance with agreed procedures. Participate to risk assessments, Service safety analysis, tool box talks • Supervise procurement, fabrication and testing related to discipline & report all NCR’s that will affect fit, form, function and reliability of subsea equipment. • Monitor and expedite the timely disposition of Contractor’s disposition of NCR’s, QN’s CAR etc. Assist in identification of trends and ensure correct implementation of resolutions. • Liaise with Package QA Manager for the management of surveillance activities within the XTree and Wellheads Systems Package • Provide regular written reports, weekly and monthly, to XTree Package Lead and Package QA Manager. • Participate to surveillance of Contractor through program of initial and periodic site assessments. • Continuously evaluate Contractor’s fabrication, assembly and test resource – personnel and facilities – for consistency with Project delivery objectives. • Follow up Contractor's sub-suppliers and participate to sub-suppliers audits. • Review and comment of FMC AP execution plan, work program, procurement schedule and miscellaneous procedures. Ensure approved AFC plan and procedure are properly followed during fabrication phase. Shall provide input in review of any progress plans submitted by Contractors • Monitors timely delivery, reviews, approval and release of engineering documents to enable fabrication to progress as per schedule. • Shall support/assist in the training of Nigerian and Company personnel for the XT system deployed to Dunfermline • Ensures quality procedures /plans are correctly applied by the Contractor. • Sign the quality control report according to inspection plan (witness in particular all defined Company Hold Points according to ITP • Monitor contractors performance on Quality Assurance and Health, Environment and Safety (HES) aspects related to the Xtree system. • Assist during execution of the test programme with the team, during EFAT’s e.g WH, IWOCS TH mode, XT/LRP/EDP stack-up testing • Assist in Company inspections and load outs of all XT System equipment including review of shipping documentation for conformance to Contract requirements. • Assist to review of MRBs on an ad-hoc basis. HSE • To attend contractor office safety induction and adapt behavior to fully comply with office security, health and safety instructions. • To stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings. • To participate to local programmes or initiatives to improve HSSE performances. • To report to Management on any issue they may face or observe and propose way of improvement. • To also take care of colleagues safety and behavior without hesitating to intervene as much as necessary. • To carefully assess hazards and risks when changes occur. • To give his own input and making sure the workplace is safe. • When in doubt, ask questions to gain clarification ACCOUNTABILITIES The Fabrication Site Supervisor’s focus shall on time delivery of the Xtree systems by close follow-up of the fabrication schedule (including suppliers), ensuring that the agreed Quality Control Procedures are correctly implemented, that the product conforms to specification and that the work is conducted in safe fashion consistent with HSE objectives and procedures. Conformance to specification and adherence by the Contractor to the highest levels of quality must be ensured to prevent carryover of any unrevealed issues to Nigeria, for both fully assembled and “kit” trees, and to provide assurance of through life reliability in operations. The XTree Fabrication Site Supervisor will report to the Tree and Wellheads Package Lead and will be responsible for the day to day follow up activities at Contractor’s manufacturing facility for the XT System equipment, including Wellheads, Tubing Hangers, Xmas Trees, XT Caps, IWOCS & associated Tooling etc. Responsibilities will also include participation and supervision of the testing activities, including SUT, FAT, EFAT and Xmas Tree & IWOCS Stack-up Testing. Job description ◦Assisting with conducting market research to identify opportunities for increased channel partnerships and sales. ◦ Developing promotional strategies for customers and channels to achieve increased placement of promotions and other marketing/merchandising plans resulting in incremental sales. ◦Coordinating customer product line reviews and gather market data, as needed. ◦Managing cross functional efforts in developing promotions, merchandising, and Point of Purchase materials for key customers ◦Be the company expert on channels to improve our ability to efficiently meet needs of marketplace. ◦Designing policies and objectives for channel partner contracts and programs. Providing input for forecasting and formulating program development budgets. ◦Acting as a liaison to ensure that channel programs, organizational marketing, field marketing and sales activities coincide. ◦Assisting in analyzing channel programs and making suggestions to increase effectiveness. ◦Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations. ◦Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. ◦Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. ◦Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. ◦Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. ◦Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel. ◦Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment essential, with a high degree of flexibility and tolerance of change. QUALIFICATION ◦Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing (or equivalent) with 3 – 5 years experience in sales, product marketing, and/or channel management. ◦Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments (sales, consumer marketing, finance, operations, etc.). ◦Demonstrated ability to implement tactical business plans in a Consumer Products environment to support corporate strategies. ◦Microsoft Office proficiency; Excel experience a must with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
