Politics / Reason We Will Miss Buhari by voiceoutng(m): 2:05pm On Jul 17, 2022
With all the short comings of buhari, economy, security, corruption, and he has failed in all three, but there is one good thing I will miss about buhari, he does not interfere in elections, over his 7yrs I have not heard a report he has influenced to make an APC candidate win, imagine if your candidate enters, ask yourself, will he be neutral in elections?.

@op, I understand your troubles, a lot of us have and still going through it. I will share some tips that has helped me reduce my loan taking habits.

1. Reduce the frequency you hang out for now, since that is a major source of where the money goes, stay indoors, with little amount you can flex at home.

2. If you can't resist the temptation of taking loan, take from one source that has the lowest rate and not from 7 different ones.

3. Bad habits was formed, you can cultivate good habits of saving, and financial discipline to counter this.

4. You need your wife, fact is you need help, you must let your wife take charge, humble your self, let your wife handle your salary and loan repayment for you, that way you will be extremely accountable.

Every man has his own demons we are trying to solve, but you need your better half, because your actions or inactions will affect your family.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Wenger Lost For Words Over Loss To Stoke City by voiceoutng(m): 10:49am On May 09, 2011
Arsene Wenger was at a loss to explain why his Arsenal players struggled so badly in their 3-1 defeat away to Stoke City on Sunday.

Seemingly out of English Premier League title contention after another inconsistent season, Arsenal restored some pride with a 1-0 win at home to league leaders Manchester United last Sunday.

That victory provided the team renewed hope of claiming second place ahead of London rivals Chelsea.

But yet another below-par display at the Britannia Stadium - their seventh defeat of the league campaign - left Wenger with some serious questions to answer in the close season.

"Something has gone - you can see that today," Wenger said. "It was a disappointing performance."

"The competitive level for Stoke was higher than ours and overall I think we lost the game because they defended much better than we did, with much more purpose."

"On that front, we were not at the right level, certainly not in the first half."

"It is always difficult to say why, but it is a fact."

"You are never happy when you are not competitive enough. Basically, there is not a lot to say."

"Congratulations to them. We made too many mistakes to win a game like that. They defended well and it was always difficult for us."

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Milan Wins Title by voiceoutng(m): 12:43pm On May 08, 2011
AC Milan clinched their first Serie A title since 2003-04 with a 0-0 draw against Roma on Saturday.

In doing so the Italian giants, who have topped the standings for much of the 2010-11 season, stopped a run of five successive championships to fierce rivals Inter Milan, and wrapped up their 18th Italian top-flight triumph - level with Inter.

Saturday's result moved AC Milan nine points clear of second-placed Inter, who have three games remaining - but even if Milan were to lose their two remaining games and Inter claimed full points, Massimiliano Allegri's side have the superior head-to-head record.

WARRI Wolves’ Ekigho Ehiosun was the hero yesterday as Nigeria began its defence of the West Africa Football Union (WAFU) Cup with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over the Lone Stars of Liberia.

It was the only game of the day as the 2011 edition of the competition got underway in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Ehiosun, drafted from Nigeria’s Olympic team, scored the only goal with a poacher’s touch 24 minutes into the first half to snatch the three points in a tournament that has now been reduced to a six-nation affair.

THE MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta and Gateway Stadium in Ijebu Ode, both in Ogun State, will be the centre of attraction this afternoon, as the 2011 edition of the West Africa Football Union (WAFU) competition kicks off.

Today’s opening match slated for Abeokuta is between the defending champion, Super Eagles of Nigeria, and Eagles of Mali. The national teams of Niger and Liberia are the two other contestants in Group A, just as Group B comprises Senegal, The Gambia, Togo and Ghana.

The WAFU Cup competition, which was introduced in 1975, became moribund for about 19 years but was resuscitated by the Ogun State Government last year. Nigeria won last year’s tourney after defeating Senegal in the final. According to the tourney’s consultant, Mastersports International, this year’s edition will be full of thrills and glamour.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Alonso, Karanka, Barcelona Cheated Again! by voiceoutng(m): 5:29am On May 04, 2011
Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso has spoken of his disappointment with referee Frank De Bleeckere after the club exited the Champions League.

Barcelona completed a 3-1 aggregate semi-final win over their Spanish rivals, but not without controversy as Gonzalo Higuain had a goal disallowed early in the second half with the score still at 0-0.

Cristiano Ronaldo released a through ball to Higuain, who found the back of the net accordingly.

But the Real Madrid captain had been edged off balance by Gerard Pique as he released the pass and clattered into the feet of Javier Mascherano.

The strike would have put Madrid within one goal of forcing extra time at Camp Nou, and De Bleeckere's decision to blow for a foul against Ronaldo infuriated Alonso.

"We had a really bad result and today when we scored the first goal through Higuain it would have been totally different," Alonso said.

"It would have changed everything. Our position would have been much stronger and denying that goal after scoring, it was much more difficult and we are really disappointed with that."

"We feel that so many bad decisions have been taken against us and we are not happy with that."

"It has been a big difference and most of the time against us."

Alonso also pointed to a controversial refereeing decision in last Wednesday's first leg - the sending off of Pepe with the scores at 0-0 - claiming Real would have advanced to the final had the centre-back been allowed to continue on the pitch at the Bernabeu.

"Until the sending off we were doing really - well, not having a lot of chances, but the game looked as though it would have finished 0-0," Alonso said.

"With that 0-0 we would have gone through with (Tuesday's second-leg) performance and result. We feel we have done a good job but some decisions went against us."

"We really feel that way because the way we were playing we were controlling most of the game. That result was key for us."

Real assistant coach Aitor Karanka - standing in for suspended manager Jose Mourinho - also pointed the finger at the referee for the aggregate loss, alluding that the worldwide audience would decide if the decision to penalise Ronaldo was a wrong one.

"I think that after all that has been said this week, everyone saw what we had been going on about today (Higuain's goal)," Karanka said.

"There is no need to say any more than that, millions of people saw it."

Sports / Martins Injured And Out For Rest Of Season by voiceoutng(m): 5:15am On Apr 30, 2011
Birmingham striker Obafemi Martins has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a stress fracture in his leg.

The 26-year-old, who is at St Andrew's on loan until the end of the season from Russian side Rubin Kazan, has undergone surgery to correct the problem, but will be sidelined for Birmingham's remaining four games.

The Nigerian scored the winner in his side's 2-1 triumph over Arsenal in the final of the Carling Cup on February 27, and Birmingham boss Alex McLeish said the problem had proved difficult to diagnose.

"It's a blow for him and a blow for us and we wish him a speedy recovery," McLeish said.

"He passed his medical and everything was fine for six weeks but then it became obvious something was not quite right."

"The problem has crept up on him during the past month or so, and a stress fracture was diagnosed."

It had been reported that the Midlands club had an option to buy Martins at the end of the loan period, but McLeish said he would not speak about any move to sign the striker permanently until the end of the season.

Sports / Adefemi Receives Last Respects by voiceoutng(m): 5:19am On Apr 29, 2011
The national stadium, Surulere was agog with fans and well-wishers on Thursday as the body of the late Super Eagles and Skoda Xanthi defender, Olubayo Adefemi was laid to rest.

On hand to pay their last respects were Super Eagles coach, Samson Siasia; former Nigerian goalkeeper, Ike Shorunmu; Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) technical director Chris Green, family members, journalists, and fans.

Some of his teammates also expressed sorrow at his demise. Yinka Adedeji, Adefemi's long-time friend, who also played alongside the late player in the Flying Eagles, as well as in the Olympic team, explained that Adefemi's demise would leave a gap in his heart.

"The extent of love, which we have for each other as a team and as individuals is great and we are going to miss him," he said.

"To me, Olubayo was more than a friend, he is a brother. We have been very close; we are just like five and six.

"I have so many memories of him and one thing is that he would be remembered forever. His memory would forever linger in my heart," Adedeji concluded.

Goalkeeper for the team that won silver in the U-20 World Cup in 2005, Ambrose Vanzekin, explained that it still unbelievable to him that his former teammate is no more.

"For me, he is a brother, he is a friend and we have been together in the national team for a long time," said Vanzekin.

"The first time I heard about it, I could not believe my ears because it was like a dream. I could not go to train that morning. The way I am now, I have not been myself since I heard the news.

"I have not been able to play games; I told my coach that I was not psychologically fit. He was a brother to us, we started the whole thing and it is so sad when you see one of your numbers gone. I pray God would help his family to be able to bear the loss."

Vanzekin also spoke about the one recurring memory he has of the late defender.

"Every time he scored a goal, he had a special way of celebrating it. He would act like he was riding a boat and this is what I continue to see when I think about him and that is one memory I would never forget of him."

Adefemi is survived by an aged mother, sisters, brother, nephews and nieces.

The Flying Eagles Beats their semi final opponent mali to move into the final. It was a very tough match where the flying eagles took the lead in the first half, then after left it late in the 97th minute to add the second goal by substitute stanley okoro through the penalty spot.

The match wasn't an highly entertaining match, it was rough and full of hard tackles, but the flying eagles were able to hold their nerve to secure a win against a tall and enterprising mali side. The flying eagles await the result of the other semi final match between egypt and cameroun to know their opponent.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Mourinho: Scandal Of The Bernabeu by voiceoutng(m): 5:18am On Apr 28, 2011
"Sometimes I feel disgusted about this football world of ours. (And) yes, we have already been knocked out," said Mourinho, who himself was sent to the stands for his protests over Pepe's dismissal.

"No one has any chance against Barca. Where does all this power come from? To win like this is very nasty."

"We had the intention to keep the game at 0-0, then bring on a striker, then a third phase with a number 10 behind three forwards. But the ref didn't allow it."

The reigning Champions League winning coach also alluded to the controversial circumstances with which eventual 2008/09 champions Barca qualified for the final after knocking out Chelsea in the semi-final, likening his former side's plight to his own.

"I would be ashamed if I was Barca, how they won Champions League in 2009 - (it) was the scandal of Stamford Bridge," he said.

"(And now) this is the scandal of the Bernabeu."

"But I just do not understand why Barcelona always receives the help of the referee. All my life I will be asking myself this question, and one day I hope to receive an answer."

"I don't understand why Barcelona have this power. It happened two years ago to Chelsea (in the 2009 semi-finals), almost to my Inter last year, and also to Arsenal this year."

"Why do the opponents of Barcelona always have a man sent off? Where does this power come from? Maybe it is to give more publicity to UNICEF, maybe because of the power of (Spanish federation president Jose Angel) Villar in UEFA."

Sports / Taiwo Wins Cup For Marseille by voiceoutng(m): 1:03pm On Apr 24, 2011
A late goal from Taye Taiwo gave Marseille a 1-0 edge over Montpellier in the French League Cup final on Saturday, becoming the first team to retain the trophy in its 17-year history.
Nigeria international left-back Taiwo rifled home with ten minutes left to play, settling a game that had been high on physical commitment, but lacking in attacking inspiration from either side.
"It was a complicated, well-contested match," said Marseille coach Didier Deschamps after winning his third major trophy in under two seasons. "There was lots of character and courage. It's great that the players are rewarded, and also all our supporters."

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / The £50m Question: What Is Wrong With Fernando Torres? by voiceoutng(m): 4:26am On Apr 16, 2011
Torres is 27 - an age at which footballers traditionally reach the very peak of their powers.

The Spaniard's woeful form since his £50m transfer to Chelsea has led some to speculate that we may have seen the best of the striker, that a series of injuries have shorn Torres of that crucial spark which separates great forwards from the merely very good.

Others argue that Torres is simply suffering a crisis of confidence that will be remedied as soon as he scores his first goal for the Blues, or that Chelsea themselves need to adapt their system to suit their record signing.

Here, with analysis from former England striker Alan Shearer and Pedro Calvo, the Spaniard's ex-coach at the Atletico Madrid academy, we attempt to solve the Fernando Torres conundrum.

IS FITNESS THE ISSUE?

Torres's struggles in a Chelsea shirt have brought into sharp focus a decline which can actually be traced back to April 2010 at Liverpool when the Spaniard was ruled out for the rest of the season to undergo a second knee operation.

Kerry Dixon has faith in Chelsea striker Fernando Torres
Having scored 22 goals in his previous 32 games, he was sidelined for six weeks before being rushed back to play for Spain in the World Cup.

At the tournament, Torres was a shadow of his former self, getting dropped after the quarter-finals and suffering a groin injury after coming on as a substitute in the final, which deprived him of any pre-season training with Liverpool.

Overall, in the 12 months since his surgery, Torres has found the net only 12 times in 47 matches for club and country.

Shearer says: "If you are going to be negative, you could say that he has not really played well for three or four consecutive games for a very long time now. You look at the World Cup, you look at his form for Liverpool with injuries, and his form for Chelsea.

"He could still be feeling his knee injury, but he has just had a £50m move so you would expect him to be free of injuries because of the huge medical he must have passed before his move to Chelsea."

Calvo says: "Fernando's lack of speed could definitely be a legacy from his injury lay-off. He has not had enough recovery time.

"He was raced back by Spain to be fit for the World Cup and he has maybe not had enough time to recover that speed.

"I think if he gets a full pre-season under his belt, he will see next season as a fresh start and he will get back to his best."

HAS HIS MIND GONE?
At his very best, Torres has that rare ability to take the viewer's breath away.

His destruction of Nemanja Vidic at Old Trafford, his Anfield volley against Blackburn and his unstoppable dipping strike against Sunderland were all moments of sublime skill, but they were also examples of a man brimming with self-confidence, at one with himself and his game.

Recently, there appears to be a disconnect between the Spaniard's mind and his body, resulting in him hesitating fatally in possession, taking an unnecessary extra touch or snatching at a chance.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Bayern Munich Prepare Bid For Gyan Asamoah by voiceoutng(m): 5:38am On Apr 08, 2011
Bayern Munich have lined up Sunderland striker Asamoah Gyan as their number one target during the summer and are willing to pay £12m for his signature.
Reports in Germany suggest that Bayern have been keeping a close eye on his development this season and have been impressed with his performances for both club and country.

Gyan has wasted no time settling into his new surrounding at Sunderland following his £13m move from Rennes last summer and has already scored 10 goals this season.
Bayern Munich are hoping the attraction of playing in the Champions League will prove too much for Gyan and they can secure his signature at the end of the season.
Sunderland boss Steve Bruce will be desperate to hold onto Gyan and would demand a sizeable fee for the prolific forward if he was to leave the Stadium of Light.

Sports / Sir Alex Ferguson Warns Jose Mourinho by voiceoutng(m): 6:05am On Apr 07, 2011
I will only leave Manchester United when I'm not wanted anymore
Veteran tells Portuguese boss that he will have to wait to succeed him, but acknowledges he would stand aside if the board decided he should call it a day after 25 years

Sir Alex Ferguson has admitted that he would stand aside as manager of Manchester United if the hierarchy of the club felt the job had become too much for him.

Ferguson will be celebrating his 25th year in charge at Old Trafford later this year as he approaches his 70th birthday.

It seems likely that United will complete a record 19th English title this year after rivals Arsenal and Chelsea slipped up in recent weeks, with the Old Trafford club extending their lead at the top of the table to seven points.

Still, Ferguson, who has amassed 11 league titles with the club, said he would not stand in the way if his superiors feel it is time for him to call it a day.

"If I was told, 'Alex, you are too old, we have decided to turn the page', no problem," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I have done my part here, with an absolutely fantastic career."

Ferguson explained that he will step down if his health deteriorates, with Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho long linked as his replacement at Old Trafford.

"Jose is a great friend of mine," Ferguson said. "We have spoken many times about his future and I understand his wish to return to England because here a coach has more freedom than in Spain, without the constant following of the media and radio.

"But it's difficult for me to say when my position will be available.

"It will be my health that decides. I will continue until I no longer feel the energy that has always accompanied me.

"My father, who worked in the shipyards, retired at the age of 65 and one year later he was dead.

"The worst you can do is to say 'I have worked for 45 years and now I have a right to rest.' You need to always remain active and in good form."

Meanwhile, Ferguson said he is also keen to secure the services of two veterans of his playing staff, Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes.

Giggs has already agreed a one-year contract extension for next season and Ferguson believes he can go on even longer than that. He is also trying to persuade Scholes to stay on for another campaign.

"Giggs is exceptional," Ferguson added. "He can play a further two years and I will try to convince Scholes to continue too. As opposed to Giggs, he has had several injuries and problems, especially in his knees.

"He also had an eye problem that ruled him out of action for five months. He nevertheless is always ready to compete for United.

"Giggs and him are among the 10 best players in the history of Manchester United."

Health / Top Ten Fruits In Nigeria And Its Benefits by voiceoutng(m): 9:18am On Mar 01, 2011
Studies have shown that intake of fruits contributes immensely to our healthy living. Fruits is a huge source of vitamins which is needed by our body. As we look at the top ten fruits that can be commonly found in Nigeria, we hope you will take note of its benefits and make it a duty to include fruits has part of your daily meals.

WATER MELON
Source of Energy Production
Watermelon is concentrated with b-vitamins. B-vitamins are responsible for a lot of your body’s energy production. This means eating watermelon can give you substantial energy. It also has high amounts energizing nutrients of magnesium and potassium.
Eating watermelon is a safe alternative to taking energy drinks prior to exercise. It also hydrates you due to its high water content as opposed to caffeine filled energy drinks that dehydrate you.

Antioxidants
Watermelon is a natural source of nature’s most powerful antioxidants.
It is a good source of the antioxidant vitamins C and A.
It is also a good source of the powerful antioxidant beta-carotene.
Watermelon’s antioxidants can help prevent a number of things.
It reduces the risk of colon cancer, asthma, heart disease, osteoperosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and prostate cancer.

Kidney Disorders: Water Melon contains a lot of potassium, which is very helpful in cleaning or washing off the toxic depositions in the kidneys. Moreover, it is helpful in reducing concentration of uric acid in the blood, thereby reducing the chances of kidney damages and formation of renal calculi in it. Added to these, being high in water content, it induces frequent urinating, which is again helpful for cleaning of kidneys. Also, the anti oxidants present ensures good health of kidneys for a long time.

High Blood Pressure: A good amount of Potassium and magnesium, present in water melons, are very good in bringing down the blood pressure. The carotenoids present in them prevent hardening of walls of arteries and veins, thereby helping reduce blood pressure.

Diabetes: Diabetes patients, who are supposed to have low energy and low sugar diet, often complaint about starving since they don’t get to eat their staple diet to their full, giving them a feeling of keeping half fed. Water Melons can be a good supplement for them.
In spite of being sweet in taste, a thick wedge will give you very few calories, since ninety nine percent of its total weight is composed of water and roughage. Moreover, the various vitamins and minerals such as potassium and magnesium help in proper functioning of insulin in the body, thus lowering the blood sugar level. Arginine, another component found in water melons, is very effective in enhancing impact of insulin on sugar.

Heart Care: Lypocene, a carotenoid found in abundance in water melon, improves cardiac functions. Beta carotene, known for its remarkable anti oxidant and anti aging properties, also keeps you young at the heart and prevents age related cardiac problems.
The roughage in water melon and its very low energy, with help from vitamin-C, Carotenoids and potassium (potassium cuts the risk of a heart attack), help reduce cholesterol and keep your heart safe.

Impotence: Arginine, present in water melon, is beneficial in curing erectile dysfunctions.
Arginine seems to improve sexual function in men with impotence. Arginine boosts nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels.
A study of 50 men with impotence reported significant improved sexual function after arginine supplementation.

Macular Degeneration
Eating watermelon can protect against the negative effects of macular degeneration.
Macular degeneration is just a fancy word for loss of vision.
Leave your worry of eyes on that beta carotene, that vitamin-C and those Lutein and Zeaxanthin.
They will ensure protection of your eyes from macular degeneration. They are experts in that.
These anti oxidants will protect your eyes from other age related ailments such as drying up of eyes and optical nerves, glaucoma etc.

Cancer Prevention
Watermelon is a rich natural source of lycopene, a carotenoid of great interest because of its antioxidant capacity and potential health benefits. Dietary consumption of the carotenoid lycopene has been associated with a lower risk of prostate cancer. Data from studies provides evidence that increased consumption of lycopene-containing foods might reduce the occurrence or progression of prostate cancer. The results of a study suggest that vegetables and fruits rich in lycopene and other carotenoids may be protective against prostate cancer.

To determine whether dietary intake of lycopene and other carotenoids has an etiological association with prostate cancer, a study was conducted of 130 prostate cancer patients. The prostate cancer risk declined with increasing consumption of lycopene, alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, beta-cryptoxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin.

Romance / 10 Reasons Why Marriages/relationships Fail In Nigeria by voiceoutng(m): 9:17am On Mar 01, 2011
Marriage is an institution ordained by God. It is a sacrificial commitment between both parties involved, in which both leave their former lives and come together to become one in a new life. It is very saddening to note that the very people smiling and overexcited about their marriage some years ago, can not now stand the very presence of each other.

In Nigeria, the rate is on the increase, but because of our culture where we strongly dont believe in divorce to a larger extent, and how patient our women/men can be towards their marriage, our divorce rates are low compared to the other countries in the whole world

Now let us examine the Causes of Marriage/Relationship Failures in Nigeria.
Here are the 10 Most Causes of why Marriages Fail in Nigeria

LACK OF TRUST

This is the number one reason why marriages fail. what causes lack of trust is infidelity, extra marital affairs and constant lying by either spouses to their spouse. The foundation of a succesfull marriage is trusting your spouse, immediatly that trust is broken, the marriage now begins to go down hill.

When a couple exchanges their wedding vows on the altar, they actually trade their exclusitivety to one another, they both gave their freedom, time, love, trust to the other spouse. Then when your spouse betrays your trust, you feel weak from inside your soul. No matter who is betraying someone’s trust, it always destroys the marriage, and it gives room for resentment, anger, jealousy among the couples.

Lets put it this way, trust is like an Egg, if it falls down and breaks, it can never be mended back again, it takes the grace of God and extreme love for you to get it back. We should never give room to betray the trust of our spouse, because the very foundation of our marriage depends on it.

ALLOWING PAST RELATIONSHIPS INTO THEIR MARRIAGES

Sometimes people bring in the excess baggage of their past relationships into their marriage. They may have previously been hurt or coming from a previous bad relationship, they tend to allow it to affect their marriage, by pre-judging their spouse.
Sometimes spouses are still hooked to their past relationships, they find themselves thinking about their past relationships and compare it to their marriage, and they put their marriage under pressure and risk of failure, because your marriage is not meeting up to your former relationship.

A young married man may have had a former girlfriend who was great in bed, but because of her manners he felt she is not a wife material and decides not to marry her. But finally marries a humble, gentle and good girl who meets the description of a wife material, then after, you discover she is not so good in bed compared to your former girlfriend, then you find yourself complaining bitterly about how bad she is in bed and start comparing her to your former girlfriend.

What you should understand is that people are different in many ways, what your spouse has, your former girlfriend may not have 10% of it, but just because she is lacking in one aspect your former girlfriend seems to be a professional is no justification to compare both persons, you should avoid comparing you marriage or spouse with your past relationships, it brings down the self esteem of your spouse, whatever flaws your spouse may have should be worked at.

PRIDE AND EGO

The truth about many of us, is that we are too egocentric, we carry ourselves with so much pride that we trample on our spouses emotions.
Your wife may ask you to help her to bathe your children, due to the fact she is under tremedous stress and pressure, but instead of showing your love and care, you retaliate and begin to preach the duties of a woman, and how its none of your business to do such things, because it is not a man’s job and doing it will hurt your ego.

We mostly allow our Ego and Pride to get in the way of just saying a simple “sorry” or “please forgive me” to your spouse, and as a result broken down the communication gap in your marriage. Ego and Pride are major causes of Marriage failures nowadays.

LACK OF INTIMACY

Although intimacy is not necessary sex, but lack of sex between both parties begin to draw both parties apart from each other. When a spouse punishes the other spouse by not giving in to sex, because he/she was offended by the other party, it begins to kill your intimacy.

Intimacy is much more than sex, spending quality time with your spouse, buying her unexpected gifts, showing that you care and showing her love all the time builds a relationship.
Marriage is like a flower, if it is not watered with intimacy and love, it will wither and die. Intimacy is what keeps the flame burning in a marriage. When both couples slip into that stage of not being intimate with each other, or not having sex, then the flame dies, and they start searching for a new flame outside their marriage.

Lets not forget, men are different from women, men love the physical, simple means sex, while women love the emotional(non-physical), simple means caring and showing love.

ALLOWING 3RD PARTIES TO INTERFERE IN YOUR MARRIAGE

Let us face it, if a country has more than one president in a country, the country will not move forward because each one of them will have different opinion about how the country should be run. In the same way if you allow third parties to interfere in your marriage, it will never be successful because people will always have different opinion on how your marriage should be.

In this part of the world, any simple thing we run to our pastors, or inlaws or bosses, or just any person to come and settle the dispute in your marriage, even if you guys are arguing on a simple matter of which school your children to go to. There is nothing wrong when an elderly person, or your spiritual father guides you in your marriage, or settle a major quarrel for you, but it should be reduced to the barest minimum and never be encouraged.

On the part of the man, he may feel he lacks the ability to handle his family affairs, and on the part of the woman she would not feel safe and secured in her marriage. These third parties that are involved in your marriage, are they really successful with their own marriages.
