hello sulieman3,just try and position ur dish to 68E wish is mytv,and when straight to manual scan input dis frequencies on ur decoder 12522/30000H,and go to OTA and press d red button on ur remote control to scan and search for d new software on 4669x and it will download and upgrade d lastest version,or kindly call me on 08025426282 to put u through.
