I have a friend who spent 1.750m because she appealed, I spent 1.4m because I did not appeal. All gone. J have a distinction in my first MSc, all to proof my academic background, so thAt I won't be denied visa based on he is not a student, he wants to go and work thing. Still we chop denial. If I have wasted just the visa fee, and didn't pay 700k fo appointment date, and €60 for legalization of documents that can't be used, I for no border. Loosing that huge amount of money in visa processing alone doesn't make sense. Good luck to the next set of people the will scam. Getting admission into polish school is very simple, but their embassy in Nigeria is 4,1,10

No, legalization at the embassy is totally different from nostrification.. the nostrification process involves sending your diploma over to Poland for the process to be conducted by their ministry of education..
NB: Nostrification is only for those going for bachelor's degree and not masters degree.

I second this. I collected my own refusal on 21ist Aug based on reason number 10 and that was the same for all that came for collection that day even those that appealed number 10 were then given no 9. Applying to Poland for student, work or visitation is a waste of time unless if u are applying to visit ur spouse. Cos i have seen people that were rejected based on work and visitation and they came to appeal. They are just out collect our visa moni.

I can now boldly say to anyone that is applying to Poland through the educational route should have a rethink because Poland doesn't give VISA to NIGERIANS. it's a fraudulent scheme currently from the Poland Embassy. The whole of this week no nigerian have been given visa in that Embassy. Look for other European countries unless you have money and time to waste.

I had an interview with Polish Embassy in June, was denied based on Number 10. Not one person got Visa amongst those of us that interviewed that day and neither did anyone on the day I came to appeal.
After my appeal, which I made sure I did everything right, I still got rejected.
Not also a single person got Visa on the same date.
This is what someone told me about the system which is out to exploit Nigerians instead of coming out to say they are not granting Visas to Nigerians.



"I spoke with a Polish authority asking why many applicants from Nigeria are denied visas to Poland. I was told that Nigerians have given the country a bad image - Internet crime, forgery, crimes, prostitution etc. And many of these Nigerians relocated from Ukraine. Infact the embassies are encouraged not to grant 95% applicants entry".

At this point I think applying is waste of funds.

You can legalize student but it has to be original copy not scanned document... ministry of foreign affairs don't accept scanned copies for authentication or legalization.
