Sadly, you are part of the problem Nigerians are facing in SA. How would you overstay your permit and be comfortable with that? Later, y'all will be complaining that they are not granting your brothers visa... We know what is right but we just choose not to do it.

Shut up, you idiot! You have no idea of the situation that led to that and I owe you no explanation.

Good thing about the E-route is that it doesn’t require you to submit your passport at any embassy. Everything is done online. But since you are already in SA, you are supposed to get a stamp on your passport that you have left the country before they can consider your E-application (Guess so)

Alright. I understand. Since I may be documented in/on the system. Thank you.

I was with my trusted agent few days ago .. She showed me an approved 1 week conference visa she applied on E-Visa (VFS platform) .. and this visa was approved on the 10th Nov even when it was applied on 31st Oct. and the surprising thing is this man is a first time traveller lol. But you know what was more surprising? They gave the man exact days of stay he applied for. They didn’t add any extra days for him hahahaha.. his visa was approved on the 10th and will expire on the 18th Nov. my agent told me that is how Evisa VFS works now. I had to change my mind and tell her to increase my days from a week to a month just incase cos she said they give you the exact days you apply for .. cos they don’t want Nigerians too much in their country

Hello, this E visa, how does it work? My background; I am in SA but have overstayed my permit & its difficult to renew.

I'm wondering if I can apply for Study visa here again via the e-visa hence my question.

Thanks for your reply.

In addition, I doubt labor certification or permit can be obtained for a caregiver job. Caregiver jobs can be filled with many people already in the US.

Hmmm...I'd advice her and see how this goes. Would you have an idea of an alternative visa type?

EB-3 is for skilled, professionals and unskilled workers. The visas require a labor certification and for which qualified workers are not available in the United States for the job. The major hurdle is the Department of Labor (DOL) would have to give your employer a permit to hire you. Do you think your employer can obtain the permit for a caregiver role?

Well, she would have to try...I have sent her the USCIC link to read through. Keeping fingers crossed.

Hello, thanks for the information.

I have researched via google and read that the EB-3 visa is for unskilled workers.

I have an older US citizen who wants to sponsor me to the US as a live in caregiver..

Anyone gone through this route?

Thanks for your assistance.

Guy, I doubt your story. If you are being given an offer to work in Qatar, it comes along Work visa and you can fly from any part of the World. I ve been living in Doha for over Ten years by his Grace.

Read my post again. I have all that. I live in SA and have overstayed my permit. You Nigerians and your inability to read or comprehend.

You cannot apply for visa in Mozambique unless you have a long term visa . You need to go back to Nigeria and apply for Qatar visa . Find out if Mozambique allows visitor visa to change to long term visa

I wasnt writing about applying for visa, no one applies for Qatar visa themselves..I have my visa already.

I live in South Africa, but have now overstayed my permit

I got a job offer in Qatar for the world cup (all expense paid)

Anyone familiar with my sort of situation?

I was thinking of going to Mozambique by road since its visa free on Nigerian passport or any Southern African Visa free country and then fly from there to Qatar.

Kindly advice, this is urgent..

Thanks.
