Omooooorr

This thread is an eye opener. Was planning and saving up for a May resumption to the UK for a Business Analysis course.

I think I’d work towards a German school or Canada PR. Cos I planned paying just about half of my Uk school fees then go and hustle the rest there.

I know the process for German schools but pls what’s the process for Canadian PR??

Ain’t doing bad here in Nigeria btw. I’m 26 with the years experience and currently working towards a certification. Pls what’s my chances of easily getting a Canadian PR and what’s the timeline??

You have a great chance for Can PR

Try as much as possible to max the IELTS exam.

Get an MSc if you don't have one since age is on your side.

I'm in the process awaiting for PPR

$1600 for first stage and $3150 for second stage. If you pay for both upfront, they apply a $500 discount for you.

most times just the first stage is enough to trigger PPR.

If you have the money and qualify, i'll say go for it however maybe do one step at a time.

Okay thanks. It will be advisable to go for the 1st stage since majority who filed 1st stage got PPR within 60 days.

The most popular lawyers mentioned on Canada.visa and WhatsApp groups are Abramovich and Tchern. Lev Abramovich has a telegram group for Mandamus.

These links from Abramovich and Tchern's website explain it more:

https://atimmigrationlaw.com/writ-of-mandamus-faq

https://atimmigrationlaw.com/how-can-a-writ-of-mandamus-help-with-your-immigration-application

Another option is https://waldmanlaw.ca/

I think it's quite a basic service that almost any lawyer can probably render.

Most people who are overdue get their PPR within 60 days of filing. So go for it if your app has exceeded stated timelines.

Please how much does it cost to file for writ of mandamus?

I have read so many funny comments, criticism and all that and this is my conclusion.

Both Sabinus and the companies are all in on this. This is all a publicity stunt perfectly orchestrated by both parties to promote their brand.

Friesland and UAC foods are not newbies in the FMCG world and I believe there's a process or channel before any of their adverts goes public which involves passage through their legal department for checks and approvals.. and there is no way this companies would want to rip off Sabinus without his consent or approval or some sort of settlement.

This whole thing is staged as part of the deal to promote the brand an it's already working out for them as millions of Nigerians are already browsing online to see their product or advert due to the circumstances surrounding it.

Sabinus is wise and won't go public on any legal actions without writing them for using his content or trademark and both companies won't allow a few bucks drag their name to the mud for content theft.

So it's all part of the staged showbiz and drama to finally get attention from Nigerians and still promote their brand in the process.

You took your whole time to write this rubbish!!!

chccho:
To drive in Lagos u have to be street smart and never loose guard there hungry dogs (Lastma,VIO, police) everywhere looking for anyone to pounce on but me i dey do them shege.
Last year on freedom way lekki, to burst out on Lekki Epe expressway i was stranded in that traffic for over 30mins slow movt. Meanwhile i had a terrible headache, temperature/fever (actually i found out it was corona virus) i couldn't bear it anymore so i decided to take the short one way, turn left into the estate and avoid the traffic cos i was seriously sick. As soon as i took the one way and entered that junction on the left, omo na so i see police and Lastma with their Hilux van coming from front, one don dey video me. Instantly sicknesses clear for my eye!!!! Omo na that day i do James Bond. U need to see how i throw gear for reverse straight turn back, as i was turning back the Hilux almost entered my front but i didn't give him that chance instead i jam their bumper danu and that how i entered the road and sped off. Although my bumper damage i prefer to go fix am than to face those guys that day. I thought they were gonna chase me but that was it. I escaped by whiskers cos that stunt i pulled there was a dangerous one and could have gone south. Since this day i made up my mind i will never drive one way no matter what.

Second time this year,i was coming from 3rd mainland going to yaba. I was in front of SCID panti, traffic light stop us, next thing VIO from the side came to meet me in the middle of the road and asked me to show him my Vehicle License i said what? He said vehicle license. Meanwhile the other one was on the other side trying to open door but i don lock am and wind up. I just pretended as if i wanted to reach for my license as i raise head i see say light don green one of them wanted to stand in my front na god save am thats how i zoomed off.

Never wind down fully, lock your doors, dont let anyone into your car, dont give anybody your car keys or let anyone take your car keys or docs from u address them by winding down a little ( photocopy all your vehicle docs) know your rights and stand by it. If possible do video especially when u know u are on your right and MOST OF ALL DONT DRIVE ONE WAY!!!

Stay sharp on the streets of Lagos, u snooze u lose!!

You are the real MVP, na so me dey do them. I give you photocopies of car papers and zoom off. Bleep them

Ohh sorry about that, most of these 1st world countries do share infomation among themselves.

Email and phone number of a contact person preferably the person that signed the letter. Hope it’s on letter-headed paper?

Just include the reference letter!!!! If any further proof is required, they will ask. My own letter mentioned nysc graduate scheme on it and it worked. Gcms notes shows that officer had no issues with it.

Just ensure your duties match the noc you choose.

Did IRCC reach out to the person who signed your letter?
