- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure effective customer acquisition, retention, and income generation from the bank's products.
- Responsible for driving new client acquisition, retention, and increasing market share.
- Identify and develop a target pipeline, actively market to new profitable customers in the identified sectors.
- Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits, maintaining an effective call program for assigned and prospective customers.
- Manage and liaise with existing credit clients.
- Monitor loan portfolio for prompt repayment.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Book quality loans for the institution and ensure repayment.
- Identify target markets and implement sales tactics to improve product offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in microfinance banking.
- Strong skills in credit analysis, documentation, and relationship management.
- Ability to assess customer needs and develop suitable products.
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of Commercial Products (PAYDAY, SME, PAYROLL).
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
