Family / Re: Why Do Women Lose Interest In Sex After Marriage? by ysalli: 8:50am On Jan 18, 2021
RisenPhoenix1:

Women use sex to buy love. Men use love to buy sex. Like any economic transaction each party is looking to find a bargain, i.e. spend the minimum amount of their currency to purchase the maximum amount of the service they need. So once women have gotten the man's commitment, they will thereafter spend as little sex as is necessary to keep him from straying to another market. Whereas, once a man has acquired the woman's sexual favours, he will spend the minimum amount of love and commitment to keep her from withholding them. The best solution is to marry more than one wife. Thereafter, they can share the sexual burden among themselves, and the man can pretend to love all of them equally and share a little of his attention among each of them; satisfying all parties involved.

Factoid of life. Free of charge for you.

Romance / Re: Help, I Am In Love With A Single Mother Of Two. by ysalli: 8:06pm On Jan 13, 2021
BabaIbo:
I am a young man in my thirties and she should be in the same range(I didn't ask her about her age because I don't really lay emphasis on age). We are from neighbouring towns.

As my heading reads, recently I met a lady online and we have been communicating well and I noticed she ticked most of the boxes of what I want in a woman.

Pleas, just friend for now, single mothers are like Nigeria used cards, you can tell exactly what was the problem with the car until you are fully become aware, that time

Prior to now, I told myself I will stay away from anything woman because I just started a business last year and I want it to grow and balance before thinking of any thing women or marriage.

Recently, I noticed I am developing strong feelings for her, strong enough to lead to the alter.

Now the problem is, she is a single mother of two, we don't stay in the same city and the father of those kids seems to live in a neighbouring city to where she lives(although to a good extent the father of those kids is not a problem).

My question is what will you advice me to do in this situation?
*Go on and start a relationship with her.
*Keep her as a friend, although she may get hooked by another man along the line.

Anybody here who have been in similar situation, should help share their experiences too.

Note: She has never been married.
She is working and comfortable, money a problem is not a problem, i.e no unnecessary billing associated with some relationships.

Truth, like I said before, we cannot generalize the experience to be the same for every single mother, there will still some who will be very good as I expected they are supposed to be. I would have love to marry a single mother for reason personal to me, but I labour for sometimes in vain as a result.

While we can not generalize the story, I have had experience with more than two single mother, and the experience is not palatable

We are a firm of engineers and business consultants with more than 20 years experience in the industry. We can prepare a customised and bankable business plan for you and also serve as your consultants on a continuous basis if you retain us. We can train you and or your workers for you. We shall link you with suppliers of raw materials and buyers of finished products.
Abuja or any where in Nigeria for that matter is suitable for setting up the factory. You buy your raw materials from places like Northern parts of Edo, Kogi, Benue or even Cross Rivers and Akwa Ibom States where they are cheapest and land it Abuja still at a premium. After all companies buy raw materials like maize, Soyabean, sesame seeds etc from the North and take same to the South like Lagos, Onitsha, Ibadan, Aba etc and still make their profits. The finished products are hot cake and in some cases, buyers pay you in advance if they are convinced that you are reliable and won't run away with their money.
You only need to register your company with the Corporate Affairs Commission either as a business name enterprise or a limited liability company. You do not need NAFDAC as all your finished products are still raw materials for other companies

Let's talk more..

Education / Re: Nigerian Universities And Their Catchment Areas (states) by ysalli: 9:56pm On Jul 25, 2018
Rapsainot:
There are catchment areas for all state Universities
in Nigeria and for some of the Federal Universities.
By way of definition, a catchment area is the area
and population from which a city or individual
service attracts visitors or customers. For
example, a school catchment area is the
geographic area from which students are eligible to
attend a local school.
What is the implication of this catchment area?
This means that students from catchment areas get
preference treatments over those from other states
during admission. Note that students will still be
admitted on merit but there slots reserved for
students from catchment areas. They have different
cut-off marks for admission and if they are met,
they are admitted over applicants from other states.
Let us use the case of UNILAG as an example. The
photo below shows the cut-off marks used by
UNILAG for 2013/2014 admission. In there, you
would see the merit cut-off marks in one column
and cut-off points for applicants from catchment
states. So, the fact that you have scored the
required cut-off mark does not necessarily
guarantee you admission. You will have to wait to
see how many candidates are taken on merit and
those that will come in because they are from
admission catchment states.

Still on the UNILAG example, if you got an
aggregate cut-off point of 64.88 and you are from a
catchment state, you would be considered for
admission. If you are not from any of the catchment
areas, you have to get a cut-off make of 69.13
.
So what are the catchment areas for universities in
Nigeria?
