Thank you bro, I truly doubt this can meet the 2mb requirement

I will prioritize the ones here and shift the others

I have attached a table of contents for POF. I learnt this on this thread years back and it has always worked. You can adapt to suit your need and situation.

Please which docs must go into the POF section, so I can split and send the rest to other sections with an explanation letter

You can use MBS instead of the regular bank statements. It’s just a page. You also don’t need to print out your letters, sign and scan it again. You can just place your signature on the original ms doc and safe as pdf.

I’m thinking of shifting some documents to other sections, documents like letter of sponsorship, birth cert et al

Hi YulPapparrazi,

Study permit applications are generally processed based on merit, complexity, and the processing timeline at the time of submission. Therefore, prioritization of fresh or returning applications over one another is rarely evident with IRCC. Each application has its own merits. So, proceed with your submission while staying updated on the current turnaround time.

In the event that a decision is not reached within the stipulated period, you can contact them via webform.

Cheers to your coming approval! 🥂

Thank you! 🥂

No now, u apply for PGWP when you complete your study without any carry over or outstanding. One must be completed as a requirement for the other.

Ok thank you, then that means those that applied for a study permit before Nov 1 will still fall under this new requirements according to IRCC because they’ll need to apply for a PGWP afterwards.

If you applied before November 1st 2024, it won't apply to you. Just hope your application is approved and when you go to study the course you will be exempted from the new PGWP eligibility for long term labour shortage courses.

Thank you. To clarify, do you mean one can apply for PGWP alongside study permit.

I am of the opinion IRCC knows that loop hole. Changing course might cast once everybody starts doing that.

😂 any other way? Cause with this even those that are almost done with their courses will need to reconsider

God has done it for me 🙏
Third time applicant and it has finally been approved. I’m giving special thanks to God and @jmg12 for putting a thorough application for me. The first time I got denied was in 2019, and the second time was denied on June 6th for financial reasons even after paying almost all my tuition. I paid full tuition this time around and had 26m for living expenses .

Congratulations!!!

Was it a pg course or MSC? And was that the only addition

Please I have a question

If the VO stated some reasons of refusal based on some documents, does that imply he/she is aligned with the other documents? Is there a wholistic review ?

Please can someone help clarify

Often times people asked why their visa applications were denied based on "insufficient assets" or financial status or insufficient home ties" or "unexplained source of huge deposit on account " despite submitting copies of title documents on their landed assets (which probably do not contain the current value of such property).

Therefore, it not all about including landed property title documents only in your application, you need additional document that tells the current overall monetary worth of the property(ies) and would also demonstrate how those property(ies) can motivate your departure after your study or vacation and how you plan to utilise the property(ties) upon your return home. VERY IMPORTANT!!!

That document is a valuation report, it is a document prepared by a firm of registered Estate Surveyors & Valuers showing the current market value(s) in monetary worth of your landed property(ties), use of the property (either residential as owner occupied or rented for income generation, your future plan for the property etc). So, it can also be used as proof of additional source of income as the case may be or back up landed asset liquidated to raise fund on account for your study purpose. In other word, it's a multipurpose document that can boost your chance of visa approval.

So, often times, huge money in the bank alone might not guarantee you but other support documents like your property/assets valuation report could do the magic.

Please I have a question

If the VO stated some reasons of refusal based on some documents, does that imply he/she is aligned with the other documents? Is there a wholistic review ?

Good day guys,
I just received my second refusal letter. Please I need your advice on how to tackle the reasons for my refusal. Attached is the letter from IRCC

Sorry to hear this, what were the initial reasons?
And what did you try to do differently?
Or is this a new reason from them?

A well-written statement of purpose with supporting documents is vital in addressing such reasons. A review of the following questions could help you determine how to address the issues related to you.
What are the job prospects in Nigeria after completing the program? Is the program worth the cost? Was your salary small? Did you submit sufficient employment documents like an employment letter, pay slips or bank statements showing your monthly salary, Work ID, etc.? Were you recently employed?

There are many reasons why a VO might have an issue with your intention to pursue studies. One such reason is redundancy concerning previous education. So, order your GCMS note to know the concern of the VO.

Thank you for this info

Did you see the SOP written for the application?

Yes, but Is there a sample so I can cross-check with what I have
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by YulPapparrazi: 12:19pm On Sep 21
I wrote the sop myself, I actually picked a course related to my field so it was quite easy, now I will need more insight on it because I don’t really understand what the VO wants to see, that’s why I’d be getting more leadership references, for the POF we used his photograph, business details/properties I don’t think that was the problem since it wasn’t mentioned, tuition has been paid.

I’d be grateful for any details
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by YulPapparrazi: 11:13am On Sep 21
Yes thanks, I used an agent, it a study visa,
My employment experience reads from 2018, I graduated 2017, my salary acc was 6m
POF was my dad’s acc (They didn’t indicate that as a problem)
My agent is suggesting they need better home ties that is, letter from my company indicating some new ranks if I finish my studies and some leadership references from business leads I have worked with.
