"Na why this girl no won pick her
call na?" I asked myself for the
fifteenth time.

I hope she was not serious with her
statement?
How could she be serious, because I
refused following her to her
lodge?

"Why not go to her lodge" a part
of me suggested.

Yes! It was better I go to her
lodge. I was not ready to lose a
good friend like Victoria, at least,
not until I taste from her "honey-
pot".

Anyigba's sun was unfriendly and
unhappy with me as I decided to
'trek' down to Victoria's lodge. It
reduced its distance from the Sky
- Earth to approximately
140,000,000km; 91,000,000mi,
thereby causing an abnormal
sunlight that could cook "beans"
in minutes.
I thought of taking a motorcircle,
but changed my mind when I
realised I had just five hundred
naira I intended to use for
something better.

Something better? No! I guess.
What was better in watching a
Nigerian musical sing absoluate
nonsense?

"kpon.....kpon.....kpon" I knocked
at Victoria's lodge few minutes
later.

"Who is there?" she asked.

"Yemi!" I replied.

I heard some strange movement
inside the room and the door was
locked from behind.

I waited outside for about a
minute, then I called;

"Victoria!!"

"What do you want?" she asked
from the room.

"Open the door" I commanded.

"why should I?" she asked.

I was already used to Victoria and
the way she ask silly questions.

"Open the door or I break it
down" I made an empty threat.

"When did you become a thief
that break down doors?"
She asked after opening the door.

I didn't bother to reply her as I
walked inside the room and sat down
on a reading chair placed by the
side of a table.

An 8inches Mouka foam was
laid North-East in the room. The
square room was painted pink,
with almost all the decorations
having the pink colour; curtains,
bedsheet, rug and even her
hanger. A LG television (32inches)
set was placed ontop of a black
glass shelf with DVD player and
sound system arranged at
different top of the shelf.

"Where is the food?" I asked.

"Which food?"

"Your vagin'a" the word almost slipped from my mouth.

"The food you talked about after
the boring lecture"

"It's finsh" she replied with an
unusual look on her beautiful
face.

I stood up from the chair I was
seated on, looked straight into
her eyes and walked to the
kitchenette.

"Don't take anything from the
pot" she shouted.

I didn't reply her. I open a mini-size pot which was
on a green stove.... Lo! and
Behold! I was welcome by a
pleasant aroma of a tasty and
mouth-watering Jollof rice with
fried chicken.

Immediately, the
worms inside my stomach started
fighting. I could remember the last
time I ate such food was about
three months ago, it was actually on January 3rd,
which was during my last
birthday party.
Without wasting more time, I
grabbed a white breakable plate
neatly arranged on the cooking-
table and dished out a
reasonable quantity of Jollof rice
and a piece of fried chicken.

"hmmmm........" I said out while eating the
food.

"What do you mean by
that?" she asked one of her silly questions.

"Who prepared this food?" I asked.

I needed to know the name of the
professional chef that prepared
such a delicious meal.

"I did" she informed, with a great
smile on her timid face.

She stood up from the foam she
sat on and walked to where I
was eating.

Re: Anyigba Thief - A Short Story by yemi2plus(m): 9:31pm On Aug 23, 2013
Impossible!

Impossicant!!

Impossicantibility!!!

I had tasted different kinds of
food prepared by her, non was as
delicious as the Jollof rice.

"Really?"

"yes! Or don't you like it?" she
asked, with an innocent face.

"Like is just an understatement, I
love it" I had said.

"it's very delicious" I
complimented.

"Thanks", she replied with a
white grin.

She walked to the kitchenette,
came back with a glass of water
and spoon.

"What are you trying to do?" I
asked as she tried using her
spoon to eat part from "my"
rice... Yes, she was the one that
prepared it, but I just couldn't share
the meal with her. It was too
delicious to be shared.

"What does it look like?" she had asked.

I could remember the last time we
ate together at Marijuana lodge,
she ate like a hungry lion dividing
its prey.

"You can't eat with you" I stated.

"why?"

"it won't be enough for both
of us", I lied.

The food was more than enough
for both of us.

She gave me a mad look, walked
into the kitchenette and came
back with a plate of rice.

I quickly rushed my food and joined her
on the floor.

"What?" she asked moving the
food away from my reach.

"I want to eat"

She kept quiet and brought the
plate of rice back.

As I ate, I grabbed her piece of
chicken.

"Keep it!" she ordered with a hard
face.

I kept the piece of fried chicken,
picked some rice and stressed my
spoon to her mouth.
She watched innocently as I
spoke like a gentle man;

"open your mouth"

She gave me a smile and opened
her wide mouth, revealing her
complete set of 32 shining white
tooth.

This was unlike the Victoria I
knew, she would never allow such
act not even with her so-called
boyfriend.

What was wrong?
Why the sudden change? I
wondered.

"Open your mouth too" she said to
me, trying to keep the fun rolling.

I opened my mouth as she feeded
me like an infant, we feeded
ourselves like lovers, soon, our lips
were interlocked.

"stop it....I don't like it" she had
complained.

"please....now" I begged.

I quickly found her right bosom
and started pressing it, when
someone suddenly knocked at the
door.
