The Council of Ndieze Ndigbo Lagos has urged Igbo residents in Lagos to vote for Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in the election scheduled for March 11, 2023.
The group stressed the need for the South-East to speak with one voice in the upcoming election and praised actions taken by the G50 Ofu-Obi Ndigbo for mediating peace among Igbo.

Chairman Council of Ndieze Lagos, Eze Chris Offia, praised Dr. Festus Uchena, the organization's founder, for his efforts in uniting Igbo groups in Lagos and declared: “We have resolved to work together pursuant to the peace initiative of G50 Ndigbo integrated campaign council for the realization of Mr. Babajide Sanwo-second Olu's term gubernatorial ambition.” As a result of the internal conflict afflicting Igbo organizations in Lagos, which has had a negative impact on our people in the state, we are aware of the fragile mental state of the majority of our Igbo leadership, including Ndieze.
