How if I may ask , the court of law does not rule based on emotions but facts. The Electoral Act and the 1999 Constitution are very clear on electoral matters. Reading is the problem of most Nigerians, why can't you grab a copy of the amended electoral acts and sections 37 and 39 of the Nigerian constitution for reading to educate yourself
