Of what good is the IREV then?
We like complicating things in this nation.

Only in Nigeria you have BVN, NIN, INEC, Databases when it can be streamlined into one

grin grin It was a total waste of time to pursue any legal battle in a country that currently ranked 120 out of 143 countries with the less ineffective legal system.

To forestall future investment in election technologies, or at least acceptance of them. They just don't know it yet.

But what does the law say? That they can choose any method of transmission or what
Re: Failure Of IREV Does Not Stop Collation Of Results - Supreme Court by seunmsg(m): 10:57am On Oct 26, 2023
This is simple common sense. Atiku and Peter know this to be the true position of law but out of nothing to say, they decided to hold on to a meaningless argument that is against logic and common sense.

IREV Portal Is not a tool for collation- Supreme court

If INEC portal stops, it does not stop the collation

The non-function of IREV might reduce voter confidence

Justice Okoro Also said INEC has the right to choose the form in which they want to transmit results

This country

Nigeria's Presidential election petition tribunal should be scrapped, it is a waste of national resources.

Let the Presidential election end at the announcement of final winner by INEC because presidential election petition tribunal in Nigeria is just a ceremonial nonsense meant to entertain the Presidency and their cohorts.

Any other Presidential election candidate going to court after INEC announced result is a fool, its as useless as the "p" in psychology.

Shame on Nigeria's judiciary.

Shame on all Nigerian lawyers and law school, that profession is a waste of time and energy in Nigeria.

Expecting Justice from Nigerian court or justice system is like waiting for rapture angry

No rule was bent. It's the Law. Obi and Atiku lawyers knew it. Atiku lawyer argued in support at another Case while he appeared for Mbah, Enugu state Gov.

How if I may ask undecided , the court of law does not rule based on emotions but facts. The Electoral Act and the 1999 Constitution are very clear on electoral matters. Reading is the problem of most Nigerians, why can't you grab a copy of the amended electoral acts and sections 37 and 39 of the Nigerian constitution for reading to educate yourself undecided
