Olamipo, it a nice thing hearing that there were souls far-away but still doing the work for God. Actually, I got admission with Canadore College, north bay ontario but will be willing to change to fanshawe college, in terms of cheap tuition and availability of places to establish my God's given talents i.e music ministry.

@ all: not saying this to scare anyone but honestly.change ur prayer topic to ''GOD I NEED SUPERNATURAL FAVOR WITH GOD,MAN N ALL THINGS''.cos was at the embassy again today n cud u believe those guys still hv loads of dox to vet.the dox of those september resumption were lying everywhere.filled their usual shelves n they started piling em on the floor.n having ur medical done isnt really the big deal now cos many ppl who had medical were called n asked to provide some dox which drew my attention to this question ''why on earth wud they issue medical instruction to ppl wen they hvnt investigated properly into ppl's application''?, quite crazy.even the security guys were angry at the whole situation.ok back to me, they asked me to provide a new start date after i did that the first time n now they requesting another one.quite crazy wi these guys.

@chuckie, wt de hell! After providing a new date, you were still asked to provide another one, haba they should just simply tell one to hope on resuming next year. But is it that d embassy is understaffed? Cdhc don't process up to half of wt d british embassy processes here o. GOD I TRUST IN YOU. Sure its d best thing i can say for now.

@all, CDHC sent me a mail today saying that i should provide an alternative start date.I dont know wat more to say , I am indeed confused cos the program i choose dont av for January untill September 2011.Can i change to a new program with January start date.

@obietrix, when is ur original start date? Cos i want to believe cdhc is ready to issue u ur visa before asking u for an alternative start date cos its the last measure they will take in ensuring dt d visa is really going for study. So don't panic about it, like i asked when is ur original start date?

@obietrix:well try to send ur school an email asking em for atleast a week of grace.urs is better cos my college has refused to extend mine n seriously dunno wat wud do cos january (spring) isnt an option for me. resumed in spring for my undergraduate n didnt see it as fun at all.my curriculum was so disorganized,so not buying the idea of resuming in spring anymore.anyways lets hope for the best.

To get answers,u have to be specific.like what type of non-family member,is it your employer,friend etc.Prove of sponsorship are;
1)Affidavit of support from the sponso(i can send u the sample)
2)6months bank statements.
3)a letter from yr sponsor expressing willingness and reasons for sponsoring you.
4)D7 is not acceptable unless you will do upgrading programs afterwhich u apply for undergraduate program of your choice.
5)prove of ties simply means showing that u would return to nigeria after yr studies.To prove it u need to submit;ID's of your parents and siblings.Documents of landed properties own by yr parents or you is also strong ties.if yr sponsor is not yr parents,his property would not act as a tie to you since u will not inherit such properties.

@all,Happy that we are making progress and for those who are still expecting their visa i pray that the almighty God touches their minds and draw their attention to your application and make a positive decision,like have always been saying we shall all smile at the end.

I want to know something about my travelling.i got my TRV last week and i wont be travelling until around 22nd of sept,hope there wont be much querry at the POE because my start date was suppose to be 14th of this month,thats last date i can resume.i need a swift response,Thank you all.

@ monie: got one advise for ya.the security guy at the gate was saying to me today that those guys hv different ways of interviews.the emails u send em are part of interviews to know exactly who u are,the way u compose urself at the gate as well is a part of interview.so u jst go there fill the form n try to be as calm n relaxed as possible.mite be there too.dunno yet depends on wat happens wi me.

if u did sciences in yr school days,u can apply for pre-nursing at keyano college.it is a 4month program;afterwhich u apply for nursing proper.i think they can accept a pass in english.Extending yr study permit in canada is simple.
