Dis is just one of those things dat happens when things r nt done d proper way. The sacked staff r not seeking their job, they only want wats rightfully theirs b given to them. It doesn't mean, MBL might not call us again *Akuna-matata* If d GMD is able to defend d bank's decision to sack rather than place dis ppl on retirement/Resignation, then there's no reason to worry, otherwise let's pray for d GMD o.

@ tetegh, am not offended and won't be cos we are all here for our betterment, I don't think its the ED that interviewed us. They asked questions like why do u want to work for us,your previous experience,ur competency and what you can offer. We were taken unaware. But it went well.you guyz will be called in due time,they are filling up space batch by batch

R u sure u guys that were contacted from Abuja, r not the only successful candidates from that region, cos it seems the few nextzon guys dat have been contacted so far are the guys from Abj. Cos I understand our next stage is to see the ED too.

well, I beg to differ. The H.R told me the recruitment is done unit by unit and that people are been called according to their competencies (disciplines).

Yeh d ED is d next thing I suppose, but if its unit by unit then I guess my assumption is flawed. Am just a lil surprise dat d ppl contacted frm nextzon r d Abj peeps, or is anyone frm lag too.

Ok, thanks for the infor. I'm also Nextzone Abuja peep and I know of two other guys who have not been called yet. I think More invites will come in subsequently...

Its not over until its over. A guy that I had interview together with in Abuja just confirmed to me that MBL is actually calling peeps based on specialty and available vacancies. He was called because he did engineering which I feel is IT related. @ Tetegh I pray that we will get called when they start looking for guys in the area of finance.

Today 6th Oct, marks one year since I wrote MBL Aptitude test @ Chams City, Abuja. Did interviews in Lagos (Nov 2012) and Abuja (MarcH 2013).....what hope lies ahead?
