Have been following this thread for sometime, I have friend who is interviewed some months ago and still waiting for the next stage, been encouraging him. Please which is the last stage of this interview process before the appointment letter is issued? Any idea from somebody who has gone through this.

guys, its gmat. calculators not allowed. 60 questns (30maths 30english) for 1hr.

This is subject to confirmation though, I may have forgotten. Its been more than a year since I wrote that test (and till today mainstreet is unable to decide).

Please when u get there, help me tell them to go screw themselves....

Alazeen, truth b told, I cudnt care less if mainstr bank calls me 2day or neva. I'm just negatively fascinated (wateva dat means) with their methods. Esp considering their status in d naijan banking industry.

One wud think dat a bank dat failed and got nationalized wud do its utmost to not only re-penetrate a very competetive mkt, but also build trust and confidence. One veritable way being harnessing a formidable workforce, but here's wat we get. I bet most sound minds who'd scaled d process thus far had since moved to better offers, and d few left will (sooner or later).

I don't knw why I bother to bother sparing MBL a thot. Maybe I'm just a lil too jobless. #smiles

I've had two interviews: one with nextzon sometym in oct and another with mainstrt in march.

Thanks Harriseen. But I wudnt b accepting their offer evn if they were to invite me. I'm just really concerned abt their workforce. I sincerely hope they'll buckle up for their sake.

Don't mind them. Do u know that the iv was actually for a fresh test? When I tried to find out from the lady in charge about the nextzon stuff she told me she is not aware of any contract with nextzon. That mbl conduct their test themselves. Guys I must confess that I am already giving up on mbl. I think one should channel his energy to other profitable things than waiting for like ever.

Well maybe u shud stop referring to nextzon, ur done with nextzon so y ask questions relating to nextzon?...u had ur last interview with mbl, so ur question shud be, "Wen shud we be expecting a feedback from our last interview with mbl?. u dont need to refer to nextzon.

I think there is a mix up some where. You should have clarified with Dapo @ H.R, those ladies @ H.R don't always have enough on what's going on...I strongly believe they don't know you have done interview with them

Where did u do dis test Abj or Lag. Cos I have a feeling dis lady doesn't know much about the last recruitment. Plus everytime u call d Hr tel number, whoever answers d call doesn't usually hv an idea of wats happening, dey just put u on hold while dey get clarification.

This is very true. I was in Enugu for the FBN Assessment Centre and I called Dapo (MBL. H.R) they are presently in Enugu conducting Test and interviews for Enugu region. He said calls will start coming-in again in 2 weeks time for Abuja region... Not all the people in the H.R unit have infor about our recruitment. So relax I feel all is well..
You said you got another invite? Which location and where?
