Nigeria is on GMT + 1 so the time on my signal should be traded exactly has they are.
regarding the example you gave, 9 - 1Am means 10 - 2amin Nigeria but in your broker trade them on GMT (exactly as the signal time ).if you still not cleared, meet me on hangout or skype

Its very important to try and understand how the market works before placing bets

I suggest you aid your trading with a currency strength meter and also know the effect of retracement on timed
trading.

Also keep an eye out for fundamental analysis too
