AIRTEL works, etisalat normal bis doesn't

If ur Os is 10.2, den go to ur bbm and check the settings. There should be an option of black or white theme.

You are definitely in need of an OS Update. The current official version 10.2.0.1803

If you have wi-fi, remove your sim card and check for update again or with a pc and Internet connection, install BlackBerry link and you should be able to update

Maybe the sim wasn't cut properly. Try oda sims and see

try and refresh ur BlackBerry world and it will sort it self out. U will be able to download again or restart ur device

mtn bis now works on bb10 with no additional tweak or sub. Just put ur mtn sim inside and sub and u are good to go

I have restarted a lot, but I don't seem to know how to refresh my BlackBerry world any help with that please?

All this android users just dey make noise, BlackBerry still rocks especially BlackBerry 10, handled an HTC one 2day but still prefers my bb. No wonder they say that empty drum makes the largest noise.

Select setting and select General settings

you will see a button to refresh Blackberry world
