Official updates require wi-fi to download or BlackBerry link on a pc with Internet connection.

You can also use mobile hotspot from a phone as wi-fi to do the OTA update. Note that the update might be large

Thanks. The update of 76MB was finally pushed to me last night by Airtel and I downloaded it successfully. I used the phone for several hours after the upgrade and it worked fine and switched it off. I was surprised as it refused to power on this morning. Am just dumbfounded because it's less than 2 weeks old from Konga. It just refused to power on again.

I used the phone for several hours after the upgrade and it worked fine and switched it off. I was surprised as it refused to power on this morning. I've tried all sort like Wonder-share phone copier and others but they seem not to recognize the Blackberry 10 but recognizes Android and iPhone's.

why not copy the music and videos onto your PC and copy from the PC to your Z10. If you have a google account, you can sync your contacts and calendar entries from the LG, then add the google account on your Z10 (it'll sync your contacts n calendar). pretty easy steps
