There are two things at stake. If initially U applied as a single it will be difficult and I will nt advice U to forge a document. Pls, dont light your candle at both ends.

Please do not enter into fraudulent marriages in an attempt to bring another person to the United States, or because you do not have money to process it. You will end up with a charge of "attempted alien smuggling" on your record, and that will permanently bar you from entering the United States. The fake spouse in the case will end up with a charge of "material misrepresentation" and will also be permanently banned. Both of you will never be allowed to enter yankee for life. Using a fake name won't help in the future should you want to play smart, because your fingerprints and photo will be on file, forever. It's not worth it.
Besides you don't require much funds for this once in a life opportunity which is one of the easiest path of becoming a yankee citizen. Go and borrow or sell your stuffs. If it's not possible then guy forget the whole process. It's not do or die affair. Be told.

Just go ahead and send your forms, your CN is a bit high but everybody is current for DV2013, hopefully it would be the same for DV2014

Going by DV2013 cut off numbers, the cut off for Nigeria in August was 19,800 and 81,200 for the rest of Africa so if your CN is actually what you say it is, expect your interview to be in September of next year.

U can search for any immigration office address in google in a particular state U want.

All u have to do is to keep praying to God, i strongly believe that God will send you your helper, you will need to come out from your shell tell family and friend you should have people that will help, tell your pastor or something...... My mom played and she won but she is qualified with work xperience not O'level.. So our case will be current by december hopefully but I do not know how she is gonna prove her work xperience ish (as the principal applicanth.. She has been a professional fashion designer for 27 years(she hasn't worked for anyone) after completing her training back then.. Pls How do we go about it? I hope it won't affect our visa or interview? Thanks in anticipation

hello house kcc reply my mail,wen i mail them to confirm my document, they said,thank u for ur inquiry due to large volume of mail processed at kcc on daily basis,confirmation of receiving ur correspondence may not be feasible at dis time,if u av summitted ur forms,please allow,Ten to twelve weeks after the mailing of ur forms before inquring about delivery confirmation,if u av not please do so to ensure that ur case can beging processing.Mail processed in the order of date recieved,thus the importance of summiting of form in timely manner. PLS WAT THOSE DAT MEAN,AV THEY RECIEVE MY DOCUMENT OR NoT thank

I don't think its a big issue, they might tell her to demonstrate some tailoring skill or they might not even ask her, it depends on the CO, but better-still, she should be ready for any question concerning her skill.

They said due to large volume of mail processed at kcc on daily basis,confirmation of receiving ur correspondence may not be feasible at dis time,if u av summitted ur forms,please allow,Ten to twelve weeks after the mailing of ur forms before inquring. Just follow their instruction,House can't tell U precisely if it has bn received. Good luck!

Relax KCC won't tell you if your documents have arrived or not,they will only tell you if you ask.Now that you asked you have to wait for 5 working days for them to respond.That email you received was automatic,just wait for them to respond to your mail.And I hope you included your full name,date of birth and case number otherwise you will have to send another mail.

I hope Nigeria will be eligible? i read somewhere that Naija is ineligible but i dont know how fact is it.
