we eat like farmers and we do not do any farm work. we still eat what we used to eat back in the day to give us energy for farm work as that was the main profession but nowadays we have desk jobs and have no way of getting rid of what we ate.

water doesn't mk ur tummy big, rather it helps u lose weight. its some foods u take that have water retention properties that cause it
