You can increase the speaker volume yourself, it is very simple.

Here are steps:by

1. Install Mobileuncle MTK Tool


2. Open Mobileuncle MTK Tool and select Engineer Mode



3. Select Engineer Mode MTK



4. Swap to Harware Testing



5. Select Audio



6. Select Loudspeaker Mode



7. Here you will find Max Volume Value 128, Change this to 145 and press set.



8. You can set this value up to 160 but above 150 is not recommended else it may damage your speaker.

9. Now you can close Mobileuncle MTK Tool.

Now you can check the volume of your speaker and feel the difference.

I have tested this method on my Gionee E3 may also work on Tecno since it Works with MTK Chipset only

macbeyland: hello house, please help out here. I bought the Gionee e3 last week after reading opinions here. my problem is that the battery hardly last for 2 and a half hours. I am not a gaming person. my usage is 3g on, screen dimmed to minimum, 2go chat, watsapp, facebook chat and opera browser. with these, I hardly get up to 2,5 hours from fully charge to empty. yesterday I charged the phone up to 3 times. it takes just about 10 minutes for the battery level to drop from 100 percent to 90 percent. please note that I haven't even played any game on it, let alone a HD game. I also notice that the top of the phone, around the camera area easily gets warm when am using it. please I need suggestions. I think it's running a Nigerian or Indian Android OS cos am not seeing anything Chinese here. , am not sure though. thanks for your anticipated response

Looks like you got a defective phone o, go return am sharp sharp. My phone easily goes the whole day without giving me low battery warning.
The warmth at the back only happens when im tethering via wifi or doing serious 3.75G download or playing a HD game

*Boot into recovery mode and clear user data, cache partition
*Go to advance and clear Dalvik cache.
*Go back to the main menu and select Reboot device...
*Ur device will be UNrooted!!!
