Great work...love the overhang (450mm I guess)...most folks don't add an overhang these days and it sucks...great work chief !!

I don't think u need to plaster it...na...u might give it POP screeding if u have extra $$$ to spend but its cute already...

My client has asked that I think of fence designs for this mansion, and I am going to show 7 designs... please keep your eyes on the fence, not the houses grin grin grin

Short fence, marked block finish....

My duplex project is in the village. So i have a natural bias towards any fence that has a combination of block and railings (iron) for the front fence of the house as i want to see those passing on the road when iam relaxing under the tree in the compound but the side fence can be all blocks. In short, i prefer a fence that has block work to the middle level while the remaining height will be railings (iron work).

So nos 1,3,4 is it for me. If iam building in the city, i might go for all block work because of security.
