spyder880: Looks so smooth, is there any need still plastering this parapet? Great work...love the overhang (450mm I guess)...most folks don't add an overhang these days and it sucks...great work chief !! I don't think u need to plaster it...na...u might give it POP screeding if u have extra $$$ to spend but its cute already... |

Chief, I dey for ground for Ibadan. I have a better understanding of what you have to go through logistically to do business in this environment. Anyways kudos as usual. If you happen to be in Ibadan in the next few days I'll love to meet the legend. 1 Like |

spyder880: My client has asked that I think of fence designs for him, and I am going to show 7 designs... please keep your eyes on the fence, not the houses My duplex project is in the village. So i have a natural bias towards any fence that has a combination of block and railings (iron) for the front fence of the house as i want to see those passing on the road when iam relaxing under the tree in the compound but the side fence can be all blocks. In short, i prefer a fence that has block work to the middle level while the remaining height will be railings (iron work). So nos 1,3,4 is it for me. If iam building in the city, i might go for all block work because of security. |
