No doubt,Blacks are over-represented in Western Jails...but how much of it is due to Racism? And How much is Due to Outright Black Criminality.

That is a correct observation of events in America's judicial system. A good white lawyer, a white skin, white jurors will mean that there must be 100% clear and incontrovertible evidence of guilt before a guilty verdict is reached. This is even more so if the victim is black. If the victim is white, the guilty verdict will be more likely.
White people don't like seeing white people being oppressed. Not even by a fellow white person and absolutely not by a minority. If Zimmerman's victim were a blue eyed blonde teenage girl, I bet you, they'll remember that Zimmerman is not really white

Majority of black inmates are people who deserve to be in jail, BUT, if they were white, half of them would NOT be in those jails. They'll get away with crime.
Also, many blacks in jail were not supposed to be there at all. Victims of injustice. It's complicated. Imagine weed. How many blacks have been locked up for weed? Or the raw version of cocaine? Yet the use of refined cocaine attracts light punishment. ( rich whiteys are the ones who can afford and use refined cocaine).

Also do a research on how weed became illegal. You'll understand the racial and xenophobic undertones. This thing is complicated. The unsophisticated wont appreciate it. And the powers that be( who are whites) want to keep it that way.

Money, and a white skin, could get you out of jails and give you good verdicts in court.

That is a good question. But the answer is complicated. For me, one good starting point is to revisit the badly damaged family life in the african American community. All these single motherhood, teenage pregnancies etc lead to young men and women with no role models in their lives and by the time they are 20 they've been in and out of jail with criminal records which will ensure that they will never advance in life.

Family values and Education is the starting point.
At the risk of sounding disrespectful, let me say that I am yet to see any african American family in south-west Ohio with both parents still married and kids all living happily together for about 10 or more years. Now, the whiteys are no better but like I said earlier, the whiteys can get away with a lot of BS and the AAs will get stuck. So AA have to work extra hard to get a better position in the food chain.

I'm ready to go to extremes to avoid going to jail. Bc I know my gender/skin color/age/accent combo is a sure ticket to American jails, I avoid the police with extreme measures that I won't even recommend for the weak hearted
Eg, after a close friend got arrested bc a white girl accused him of r.ape ( he was released later but by then he had spent thousands of dollars in legal services) another friend suspended at work bc his patient accused him of sleeping with her ( he was later recalled after investigations showed no truth in the allegation, but he resigned and is now working for another hospital) I have decided to avoid white girls at all cost. The greatest destroyer of succesful black men is a blue eyed blonde girl.

I will now keep away from unnecessary night life
I stay indoors after work.
I avoid rowdy crowd.
It is crazy but I've just realized that whites can do just about anything to blacks and get away with it . And they know it. What else will give a girl the guts to accuse a man of sleeping with her when he has never even chatted with her before (apart from medically oriented history taking)

This thing is complicated. But a black man has to be very careful to avoid jail in America
