So what can she and the rest of the continent do for better tax collecting? Going fully digital and ditching paper money for Transactions. And with my rough estimation this could be a game changer for a lot of countries. I did a rough number analysis of the public transportation in Dar es salaam. About 4M people use public transport in Dar es salaam, with Tsh.800 as the go and return fare on average, is the state had a complete digital payment system, also collecting 30% of the total revenue (1USD=Tsh.2300 average) the state could be collecting close to $150M per year in revenue.
The average cost of building a tarmacked road in Tanzania is $500K and Dar es salaam having approximately 600km of unpaved road, they could have enough money to pave all roads in 2 years. Imagine if we did this in every sector of the economy, with good money managment Africa could have better infrastructure at 0 debt compared to first world countries.

If someone buys something money goes directly into a business checking account and the bank creates a software that caps the amount of money someone is able to withdraw depending on their respective tax bracket so by the end of the month if someone made $1000 and maybe income tax is 25% they can only withdraw $750 and the rest sent to the state, the same way the bank deducts money for their banking services.

You must be based in Europe or America, most businesses in Africa are within the informal sector and don't pay income taxes

The engaging range of APS is so small that the shrapnels and debris of the missiles will still do significant damages to systems/devices outside the tank. After about 3-4 of such interception, even the APS sensors and radars would have been destroyed along with other important components outside the tank.
Many APS can also be easily deceived, there is usually a slight period of inactivity (a fraction of a second) after intercepting one projectile and two projectiles launched in very quick succession will penetrate the defenses of the tank. The RPG-30 was designed with this in mind, one dummy projectile and the actual missile, the dummy projectile is usually launched a few milliseconds before the actual missile and when the APS intercepts the dummy projectile and is inactive, the real projectile hits. However, modern APS are being designed to greatly reduce this period of inactivity.

Proforce should be aggressively marketing the Viper MRAP more than ARA. Viper has the better prospects of seeing significant orders from other countries. Also, I would have expected to see them advertise their drone program here.

KPE begins production of Barys 6×6 IFVs for Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan Paramount Engineering (KPE) has started production of the Barys 6×6 Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) for the Kazakh military, which will receive its first vehicles by the end of the year.

The company, a joint venture between Paramount Group and Kazpetromash, said the Barys 6×6 (Mbombe 6) is being manufactured entirely from within Kazakhstan.

You are absolutely right here. It must also be noted that using APS makes changes to infantry doctrine and tactics absolutely necessary because the presence of an active APS will not allow dismounted troops in effective area.
