When I talked about "first class infrastructure & sustainability" the paradigm of that statement covers transportation air, sea and land. Food supply, healthcare, schools etc, and the means to sustain it. However, With the rot in Nigeria I said "na small small" it will not happen overnight.

I never knew a MO--RON would use the word "first class infrastructure" of a country and narrow it down to marble side walk and brick road to a strip of land that is probably built for the elites of that society.
