Is a fact, he is not lying. Ghanaian has the most polish English on Africa. Lots of Nigerians agree with this. I posted an article earlier written by a nigerian about Ghanaian been more polished when it comes to the English language.

Some words pronounce by Ghanaians are not perfect just like some words pronounce by Nigerians are not perfect. Overall Ghanaians have better diction.

Americans pronounce water, wader. You can't say Americans are terrible at the English language.

I have never met a Ghanaian born in Ghana that don't know how to speak at least one traditional language. We love out language. Nigerians on the other hand speak English more so than their own language.
