Should this be scientific?

Have you noticed how ideas an thoughts just kinda *pop* into our minds? Where do our thoughts come from? What’s going on here?

A thought active connections in the brain or vice versa?is it from mind or brain?
If I control my thoughts, do I control my brain connections?
Consciously I do not control my brain... Are my thoughts random emanating of pure subconscious?
Do I really control my thoughts?

It comes naturally cos we άŕέ human.....

Thoughts are generally associated with some electrical and chemical reactions or activities in the brain but this still does not answer the question of where thoughts are from or whether they even exist.

I have been thinking about the relationship between proving the existence of thoughts empirically as a precursor of some sought in demonstrating the existence of God but the more I think about it the closer I draw near the conclusion that thoughts, like God are better experienced than shown empirically.
