@ojooyelakin you better go to ghana and apply your study permit VISA.I will take you just only 3weeks to get reply from Canadian embassy in GHANA than applying here mean NAIJA.There is great opportunty in GHANA considering the population here in naija.

Online route is another means of submitting your application to the embassy.It has been tested n proved to be efficient. Through ds route there is a quick decision on ur app compared to paper route (VFS) you are familiar with.
