@Deema
U really did good work here. God bless you. Pls I join Alwaystrue that u start compiling recipes for our precious children pls.CNN showed one woman that's into organic babyfood. And her baby food is ranked no 1 amongs 12 selected known international brands. These are things we can make ourselves for our babies. Her website is www.yummyspoonfuls.com. Pls think about this, I want to feed my baby well immediately solid food is introduced.

@twinnie

@deema

@all, wishing u a lovely day today.

May this thread not die Oº°˚˚°ºh!
IMHO "healthy eating" is synonymous with boring and tasteless food. tongue tongue Ȋ̝̊̅ vote "fertility diet"
Re: Recipes For The Fruitful Home by Dreamsinbc(f): 6:46pm On Dec 02, 2013
2-2, we need a tie breaker ooo.

AlwaysT, hmmm, it is well jare...

Udoka, the baby deserves to do shakara jare. It's not easy.
Re: Recipes For The Fruitful Home by HawtMummie(f): 8:25pm On Dec 02, 2013
@twinnie..a round of applause 2 ur testimony jaree. That @dreams has turned us into healthy eaters, hmmm, me especially, isn't a mean feat.
Some women r out there, filled with bitterness over their ttc journey: not knowing that if only they can allow joy into their homes, thru cooking fresh and healthy foods for themselves and dh, things will turn around for good. Even the aroma alone sef! In a sparkling clean homely environment! Hmm, which man wouldn't turn potty in our hands and even volunteer to be a "lab rat" in a bid to carry out all tests available to ascertain his fertility status.
See as cash dey flow for @twinnie purse! Rock it sis. As 4 d change of name, our sabi sis @udoka's name is alright, but I'l go with the other one of "fertility diets" it encaspulates the essence of the thread fully. More like hitting the nail on the head. Or if thereks a way the two ideas can be merged.

On a deeper note; it is well with us all Amen.

God bless you all,and may those of us praying for bfp(hope its correct) get blessed soon,amen
Re: Recipes For The Fruitful Home by Dreamsinbc(f): 10:17pm On Dec 04, 2013
Amen @ Chiclasweet.
You can use cabbage in place of cauliflower. Are you sure you won't find pumpkin in Osun? Even if you don't, don't worry, there are plenty other recipes to choose from. Make the ones that feature ingredients you can get.

Amen @ your prayers once again, and welcome to the thread.

add the plantain in balls too
allow to boil well. then add the vegetable last.

@kikeladea is it ifokore or ikokore. Where is water yam sold in Lagos? Thanks fr the recipe.

@Dreams, oya kiddies menu thins o. @Udoka2 aka mypeace don born o.
Re: Recipes For The Fruitful Home by uteh: 11:37am On Dec 06, 2013
@Dreams, okay. Thanks in anticipation, i go wait..

@Always, water yam is sold in small local markets ie those women in streets dat put orange, ijebu garri, waterleaf, water yam etc on d ground to sell. They normally go to Lusada market in Agbara to buy those things. I heard d yam is good for ovulation and works like clomid. Thats d reason d area its consumed most in Nigeria have high number of multiple births.
Re: Recipes For The Fruitful Home by Dreamsinbc(f): 1:12pm On Dec 06, 2013
