I offer early Congratulations to APGA. The results will be challenged in court since INEC disenfranchised millions of voters in Ngige's strongholds by creating logistical nightmares.

The plan is to declare Obiano as the winner and claim that even if Ngige won in his stronghold, the win will not be strong enough to change election results.
