The 10 million farmers the govt of GEJ has been supporting in the last few years are enough to re-elect him in 2015. These are farmers registered under the Growth Enhancement Scheme and they'r mostly in the north.

Now, add the following to that number:

1. Beneficiaries of the revitalized railway system

2. Beneficiaries of SURE-P- about 5,000 people per state per annum

3. Beneficiaries of YOUWIN

4. If the govt is able to stabilize power in 2014, then that is automatic MASSIVE vote for GEJ.

5. Beneficiaries of road projects.

6. Political appointees and their followers

7. Those who will vote based on sentiments- religious, tribal,etc

And so and so forth.
