@wormy would go over Ruudie's posts. .Would reply if I'm motivated. @Jackal Anderson. . . Of course he would light up the Premiership next season. Before United even bought him, he was already dubbed the nu Ronaldinho. Was wondering who he was until Fergie landed him then I looked up his profile. He has everything goin well for him. .Age, Club, People. . .and even Nationality. Would surely be a hit next season. . . But he might not really get the starting shirt that early. He has enough competition in Midfield and Attack. . .He would come as subs first, then he graduates . . .till he can have a full 90. PROUDLY UNITED |

wormedup: a couple of the players in the UTD squad are g'onna leave most defntly; Richardson for one i'm certain of. some others are g'onna have their playing times reduced drastically - no prizes for guessing which but the essentials of UTD spending is they are seeking to strengthen what was their achilles hill in the last campaign, whilst giving 'emselves more quality options on the bench and at the same time setting up a framework for the future. the beauty of it all, from a UTD is that these nu' signings and indeed a huge chunk of the UTD squad are s'orta UTILITY players --- can't fit into a great many roles on the field. as per Ben Haim, he's not a very pacy lad; so he'll be exposed a lot of times if he plays as a wing back and i'm not saying he can't play there, just saying he's just not g'onna be at his best and JM's got a pretty short fuse - many-a-times thats to Chelsea's detriment than good ! |

Anderson mite have to wait till next year before he can play for united. . . http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/teams/m/man_utd/6252368.stm but from the reports, this shouldn't be a problem. . .he is not yet old enough to have played 75% of games for Brazil . . |

Ruudie, i dig but, u haven't told me what effects the changes are doing to the psyche of the old man u players ? |
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by RuuDie(m): 11:51am On Jun 29, 2007 |
don't expect to hear any grumbling from the older UTD players, they've had their share of glory and are slowly but surely taking a bow. some others like Smithey, Park, Fletcher, O'shea might find it hard getting playing time but they'll hang on in there; the only question is how long their patience will hold --- particularly for Smithey and Park. but the vital thing is this, UTD have a large albeit manageable squad now filled with players who can comfortably play 2/3 different roles in the team, so there's still a relative sense of "job security" amongst a large majority there. plus the nu' boys just don't get thrown in all at once, so there's still a l'il room for the older young players in the squad but the older folks know their time's almost up but don't expect any bust-ups ! UTD are on a high right now and they're taking that winning mentality into next season xcept something disastrous happens in pre-season ! |

thats good, quality defensive cover we're g'onna be losing there - wish it ain't true ! is G. Pique in UTD's plans for next season anybody? |
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by justkunmi(m): 3:30pm On Jun 29, 2007 |
I-man Are the Heinze reports conclusive? Has fergie really decided to sell Heinze?? That wont be good news at all. At a point where we need to reinforce our defence, it would only be foolhardy to sell Heinze. . . So who's left? Just Evra This had better not be true |
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by RuuDie(m): 3:35pm On Jun 29, 2007 |
loyika: twas always g'onna happen, only a matter of time --- the dude had a "never walk alone" caption on his captains band in Athletico's last ligue game; what nerve Liverpool have signed the 18-year-old Athletic Bilbao defender Mikel San José for £270,000 --- what in the world do they need all these guys for |
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by loyika(m): 3:37pm On Jun 29, 2007 |

Who are all these VERMINS polluting our threads? Please leave this thread if u dont have sumthing positive to say. DEFOE at Man Utd? I'd rather have Rasheed Yekini!!!!!!!!!! How would DEFOE fit in with his dimunitive appearance and his lack of positional play. The media is trying to sell England's rejects to Man Utd by force. Owen and now Defoe? In the next few weeks u will hear Heskey or even Ian Wright. Buncha schmukz!!!!!!!!!! |

I just don't appreciate hoodlumz and miscreants abuse the opportunity given to them. It's kinda crazy but i think you are very crude, unrefined and unbelievably STUPID. I won't trade words with u cos its not worth it. |

@Ayefele, You bloody nusiance!!!!!!! I was talking about the opportunity of LIFE given to a loser like u. Idiots like u should have been made a carton of ciggarettes and let a more sensible SOUL come as a human being instead of u. Your whole being reeks of STUPIDITY. Whats happening in this world these days? The moral decadence has reached astronomical heights to the extent that every tom, dic.k n harry logs online and spew bollocks. Ayefele, a proper Ibadan hoodlum using the net? Disadvantages of civilization!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It just doesn't fit in. U should be carrying ur dane gun hunting for rodents in the bush. Fucking Nicompoop!!!!!!!!!! |
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by bolaoni(m): 2:27pm On Jun 30, 2007 |
Jackal, you better learn to ignore some people. The NL you left is not what we have today o. So let them be. At least they can say no one owns NL, which is the truth. So many people are in the post numbers' contest, so let them shore up their posts anyway they like. Back to something better jare, Defoe won't come to OT. Maybe Emirates will fit him better sha Learnt he may go to Sunderland or Villa, where will be a god. Is Owen a misfit? I don't think so. Every player have their rough patches with injury and once he can over his challenges, we all know what Owen can do. |
