Kohl. . . it is specially blended herbs, good for the eyesight. My grandmama used it all her life, the woman never once squinted, talk more of wearing glasses.

Bwahahaha! I just saw your vegetarian question. . . I can't laugh. Nah, I wish I was diciplined to be one, I just don't eat meat, cheese, eggs and milk are once in a while. I sea food. . . fish, shrimps, lobster, no crab. . . too much trouble than it's worth. Chicken from the farm, you know those places where you pick 'em and they kill it in front of you, they are naturally bred.

Indian stores carry them but I can't attest to their effectiveness oh. My grandmother used to have hers custom made and honestly, the woman did not need glasses and she was a reader, like morning afternoon, night and in between type reader.

Some African Stores carry peak milk, so freaking expensive. . . between 7.99 and 12.99. The day my mom saw that she was like "Ayin? Do you know how many I can buy in Nigeria with that?" Since then we wait for her. . . Lol.
