TVs are really cheap and people are getting brand new leds for less than $200 in the store-so used ones can be cheap except for some 'stubborn' sellers trying to get original value for a used TV. Craigslist is best for good deals. A nairalander got a 32 inch for $70 and it was as light as a laptop. You just have to search everyday.
Just compare cost + shipping to what it goes for in Naija.

For now you have to order from the USA-in about 3 weeks from now-we will have a supply of laptops you can buy at the Lagos office and from agents.
