He email today -saying they had been on vacation and then he sent this usps tracking number- VA313064762US which by all intents and purposes is fake.

Funds should be available within a few days after case is closed.Case is closed 3 to 4 days after its opened. But since Ebay guarantees all funds-we (LAGTECH) may be able to make the money available to you from our purse earlier and we then collect when ebay refunds.

thanks lagtech, on 2nd thought I just realized seller didn't intend to sell his laptop too low, he may have hoped to sell for more and is delaying to buy time so we would be disinterested...thanks for offering to get me an anlternate laptop...
